Dan Howell was my best friend for 10 years. We had always experienced everything together, and with every memory, my feelings for him grew. He, however, was oblivious to them. The day he got a girlfriend, it felt as if the whole world shattered around me. Now, I had no chance of telling him. It pained me to see him with another woman, but I knew he was happy.
