Wally gasp and look at dick holding the inhibitor collar.

"How on the flash name did you get that!? " wally said looking at dick who smirk and shrug.

"Eh batman left it on the table and I couldn't hold back my hands. " dick smiled and went to wally. "You want to put it on. "

Wally though at first. If dick put the inhibitor collar than he would be able to get drunk like dick and have fun with his friend, but what happen if they get attack by someone making wally powerless.

"Hello earth to wally. " dick said waving his hand.

Wally gasp and smile while chuckling.

"Sorry. Umm s-sure why not. " wally said letting dick put the collar for him.

Dick smiled and press a button on the remote for the collar to turn on. Wally felt weird when the collar went on and shiver. Dick smiled and look at tim dancing with conner.

"Hey why don't we get some drinks hmm. " dick smirk waving his hand at the bar tendered.

Wally smiled and nod his head watching the lady bring two shots (sorry don't really know much about alcohols name). Dick gave wally his shot and grab his shot too.

"Let see who fast enough to drink these. " dick smirk watching wally glare at him.

"Ohh your on. " wally smirk and watch dick.

"On your mart, get set....GO! " dick drink his fast making wally follow behind.

Dick was done first and smirk while putting his cup done. Wally finish his but cough while putting his hand on his throat.

"Ughh that hurted my throat. Strong to be honest. " wally said while blushing.

Dick chuckle and wave his hand again making the lady pour more.

"Hehe seem like I won. " dick smirk and look at Wally who growled.

"Again but let's make it interesting. " wally smirk grabbing his cup.

"Okay. What do you have on mind. " dick said swishing his drink.

"Who ever wins this round gets to make the other person do what ever they want for today. No objection. " Wally smiled looking at dick who smirk and nod.

"Deal! " dick look at wally holding his drink.

"Okay, 1,.. 2...3! " wally and dick both put their cups on their mouth and dick won the challenge again.

Wally stop drinking his and start coughing while dick laugh.

"Hahaa omg wally are you alright. " dick went to wally side tapping his back.

Wally smiled and nodded his head.

"Ya..ughh that stuff is just strong. " wally sigh while asking for water.

The lady gave wally water and dick smirk. Wally sigh and rolled his eyes.

"Okay bird boy. What do you want me to do. " wally said feeling a little light head.

Dick smirk and went next to wally ear making wally gasp and blush.

"Nothing right now. " dick whisper making wally shiver when he felt dick warm breath.

Dick pulled back and raise his eyebrow when a drink was place in front of wally. Wally look at the lady who pointed at a blonde girl who wink at wally making wally blush. Dick glare at the girl angrily.

"I told the girl that you were with your boyfriend but she didn't listen. " the lady said shaking her head at the girl.

Wally blush deep red when he heard what the lady said. Dick smirk and nod his head.

"Thanks. " dick said watching the lady smile and nod her head.

Wally sigh and look at the drink in front of him.

"Should I drink it? " wally said looking at dick who look at it closely but saw nothing wrong with it.

"Sure. Can't let a drink go to waste. Anyways the lady did make it. " dick smiled and wally nod.

Wally drink half the cup and shiver when he felt it go done his throat.

"Huh...what a weird taste. " wally shrug and felt tim go up behind him.

"Hey wall-man. " tim smiled when he saw conner taking a shot.

"Uhh tim how many shots did conner take. " dick said looking at conner who shook his head and smile.

"You know what I don't really know. Hmm I'm gonna take him to the bathroom. I'll be back. " tim smiled and grab conner arm making conner smirk and wrap his arm around tim waist.

Wally chuckle and started feeling really light head and hot for some reason. Wally shook his head and heard his favorite song playing.

"Oh dick let's dance this song! Come on. " wally chuckle and drag dick to the dance floor.

Dick chuckle knowing that wally was starting to feel the alcohol in his system. Wally dance to the rhythm of the song and dick blush when wally made his body move with the rhythm. Dick smirk and got close to wally making wally gasp and dick put his hands on wally waist.

"I want you to dance on me. " dick whisper in husky voice making wally wine.

Wally blush and nod his head. Good thing there was a bunch of people dancing and that the room was dark too. Wally start dancing on dick making dick smirk. Wally turn around and put his hands on dick chest still dancing but slow and dick put his hands on wally waist.

"Hmm your very good dancer wally. " dick said dancing with wally.

Wally face was blushing the whole time because the alcohol finally reach to his brain and he was feeling really hot. Wally smiled and look at dick with lush eyes making dick groan. Wally smirk and start rubbing himself on dick shaft making him groan.

"Dick. " wally said looking at dick but gasp when dick pulled him in a kiss.

Dick wrap his arms around wally waist and wally had his arms around dick neck. When dick touch wally butt, wally moan and pulled back shaking and blushing deep red.

"Seem like that drink did have something inside. Damn women. " dick glare at the blonde lady who blush and walk away.

Dick sigh and look at wally who was breathing deep, blushing deep red, and shivering at lot. Dick chuckle and pulled wally close.

"Let's fix this shall we. "
