^Aiden smirking^

THE MAN WHO gripped my hip roughly was now out cold.

My back slid against the brick wall as I wrapped my arms around my knees.

I looked up from my tears to see a pair of cobalt eyes looking at me, softly.

'You alright, baby doll?' Aiden whispered as he squatted in front of me.

He hesitantly looked down to see my revealed legs.

He sighed before taking off his shirt.

He handed it to me, as I slowly took it.

I watched him turn around so I could change in peace.

I slipped on his shirt, as his addicting cologne filled my nose.

'I'm done.' I croaked as he turned around swiftly.

He grabbed my hand and led me out of the alley.

'Now tell me, why would you go into that alley?' He asked softly as tears threatened to spill.

'I was taking a shortcut to the library to borrow Sweet Evil.' I whispered hoarsely as he shook his head amusingly.

'All that for a book?' He cocked his head as I let out a laugh.

He smirked, as I began walking down the street.

I watched him jog up to me, his muscles flexing, his rippled eight pack.

'Wait for me, Grey.'

I rolled my eyes as I began walking again.

I stepped in my car, as I shot him one last smile.

'Thanks for today.' I nodded gratefully.

'Anytime, baby doll.' He flashed me a smile, revealing his pearly whites.

'See you later, Astrids.' I waved before driving back to my house.

It was the end of the school day as I watched students pour out of the school.

I pulled up in my drive way, opening the door and slipping out of my flats.

'Mom, I'm home!' I yelled, my voice echoing through the endless halls.

I watched my mum come out of her office, her eyebrows creasing immensely.

'How many times have I told you not to shout in the house?' I shrugged before giving her a warm hug.

I ran up the swiveling stairs as I went inside my room.

I slipped on some sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt as I sat on my chair.
