Lucy POV

I walked straight to the train station to find another place to live. Loke reccomended a street called Starlight. Just hearing its name makes it sound like a magical place.

(Le time skip to starlight st.)

As I walked out, I decided to go to a nearby tavern to eat. Man I'm hungry! As I entered a tavern called Moonlight, a table came flying to me. Luckily I dodged it just in time. This reminds me of the guild. . . No Lucy you gotta stay strong!

I walked to the bar waiting for the bartender.

"What can I get for a beautiful young lady like you?" A friendly looking man walked out of the kitchen.

"Hello. My name is Lucy. I am new around this street and I would like to order a strawberry smoothie."

"Of course. I will get your smoothie right away!" He cheered

As I waited for him to bring my order, I looked around the tavern to realize that everyone in here was rowdy. . . . . . Just like fairy tail. . . . . No! I shouldn't think about that now. I swear once I get stronger I will show that salamander who is boss and kick his-

"Here ya go Lucy."

"Thank you Mr-"

"Smith, name's Smith."

"Thanks Mr Smith."

"By the way, do you happen to know if there's any nearby forest around here?"

"What?! No one has ever dared to enter a forest around this street." He exclaimed, gaining attention from everyone in the tavern.

Laughter, music and thrown tables and chairs stopped to a halt. Awkward silence enveloped the whole wreckage.

"THE FORBIDDEN FOREST?"

"WHY ARE YOU DISCUSSING ABOUT SUCH A PLACE?"

"Now, now! You should get back to your own wreck of a heck and leave this conversation between me and this lovely lady over here!" He assured everyone with his rough voice.

Little by little, everyone started continuing their usual routine. Some started settling down and whispered while peering towards the me and the bartender.

I looked at him confused.

" Whats wrong with the forest?"

I asked. I was so curious that I almost fell of my chair. He looked around then faced back to me.

"The forest was said that there was an enormous beast living in a field area in the forset. It has dragon like features. And has gold and blue skin. It may look majestic but don't be fooled by it." He whispered.

"Dragon like features?"

"Yes and anyone who went in, never came out. There are thousands of flyers regarding the missing citizens of this town that went through that one forest."

"It's a risk that I'm willing to take. Everyone's forgotten about me already anyways. I've got nothing to be scared of."

"Do you mind if I ask what happened?"

"It's nothing. It's just that I left my guild to explore the world and get stronger."

"Well you don't understand the dangers that forest can hold. Even those who have magic does not make it out alive. I am fine if you enter. But I did warn you. Please do be careful." He said, concerned filling his small eyes.

"I will, thank you. . . "

"The drink is on the house. Good luck with your journey, Young Lady."

"Name's Lucy, Lucy Heartfilia."
