I opened a portal to Hell.I yawn not feeling in the mood to go back and report to my boss. But I had to it was part of my job. I stepped through the portal, into a  blasting wave of hot fire.

The fire didn't hurt me, it was almost unnoticed. I was immune seeing as I come from Hell. I started to speedwalk to pick up my pace. I was on my way to the top boss's office.

Lucifer's office.

The leach guards tifted there axes as I approached. They looked horrific, big boned skeletal bodies covered up by long gray cloaks, with deep glowing red eyes. A shiver ran down my spine. I wasn't afraid, I could destroy them instantly, but they just looked very "scary".

I put both my hand on the doors and pushed them open, making a good dramatic entrance. I walked in, stood still and knelt down on one knee.

"My Lord, I have reports on my quest." I said looking at the  floor. It had a rough texture almost like grabble.
"Ah, you have returned." Said the voice in the chair as he turned around. "Tell  me what happened."

"I captured the soul and sent it to eternal suffering and damnation." I said lifting my head. I focused my power and brought the soul to me, holding it in my hand.

I extended my arm and showed it to Lucifer, my boss.
"A good job as always." He said and made a scoffing motion with his hand. "You may go."

"Yes my Lord." I replied and dropped my power sending the soul back to the "Pit of Damnation" as I like to call it.

I stood up and walked out

I stood up and walked out. As I stepped out of his office I sighed in relief.

"Finally some time for myself." I murmured to myself. The gaurd turned their head towards me and shot me a disapproving look as I softly spoke to myself.

I had a few errands to run before I could retire to my quarters. First on the list of things do to was I had to get to the Shangri, a demon blacksmith, to make me a new weapon after mine had broke in a destructive battle against Michael the Arch Angel.

It was an hard faught battle and I just escaped the strike to my heart with a crucifix. I though to myself and then realised: I can only die in three ways: one-by God, two-by Lucifer and three by a crucifix to the heart.

All were not such horrible was to die competed to what I do to people. I shrugged and walked it off. When I was out of the building I teleported to the Shangri workshop and laid a picture out on his table.

"Hurry I need it before my next job." I said and he reacted immediately. He left what he was busy with and stared at the picture. I was walking around his shop going through the various weapons being displayed. I quickly turned my head when he spoke.

"Interesting. I can have this done by tomorrow." He said and started getting his supplies.

"Good, and o yes don't let me down or you'll end up in the Pit. No pressure." I said in a light voice with a wicked smile and vanished leaving behind a black smoke cloud.
'That would do it.' I thought to myself. Persuasive yet lightly said.

I materialised at the central spot of the town and made my way to the house at the end of the street, it was like a mansion.

As I walked the people bowed down and I her murmurs of "My Lord".

Being second in command has it's perks, I thought and walked straight faced through all the people.

I knocked on the door and it opened immediately.
They woman's eyes widenedand, she spoke. " So nice to see you again, please do come in."
I smiled lovingly and gave a nod.

"How are you mom?" I asked as I walked in.

"Fine, fine nothing to complain about." She said and made a 'don't worry' motion with her hand.
I smiled and followed her into the kitchen.

"Coffee?" She asked.
"Would be nice." I said and went to go sit on the counter top next to the fire. Her kitchen design was more to the medieval side, all ancient.

We sat in silence as my mother finished up the coffee.
We chatted a little more about how our lives have been lately and faniched our coffee . After the coffee I thanked her and left for my quarters.

"Thanks." I said as I stepped out the door.

"No problem. It's good to see you again and have a save trip." She said and hugged me.

"Good to see you too. I will." I reassured her and teleported to my quarters leaving a black cloud in front of my mother's door.

I materialised in front of my quarters doors, as I walked up to them the guards opened them and I stepped inside. I trtted towards the kitchen and poured me a glass of 1660 Jonny Walker's wiskey.

"This is some good stuff." I murmured to myself and spun the glass so the wiskey twirled around inside the. I got it as gift from my mother about a hundred years ago, I don't on  where she got it, but I don't ask questions.

I slammed the glass down on the counter and gave a loud sigh. I am stressed, frustrated and tired. But there is one thing I am not too tired for.
