I woke up to an odd scratching noise at the window. Every one else was asleep so I walked over to the window quietly. I looked out to see a descusting creature feeding on a bright blue bird. I pick up my gun and slowly slide open the window. Our eyes meet as I rase my gun.
"June?" I hear Jessie calling me as I'm lost in its dark red eyes.
I feel his warm arms around me as I fall.
"June?..... Pierce get up. help me!"
I'm laying on the ground but this time its different. I'm motionless, I cant speek or move but I can still see.
I look over to Peirce as he wakes up.
"June. Oh god not again. June! Come on!"
I gain very little energy but enough to point to the creature at the window.
He looks back just as it charges at him. I've never seen something as scary as Peirce the minite he hit the ground from the contact of the creature.
He began to shake as his face got pail and his eyes went white. Did I look like that? Its scary.
His hand slides to touch mine and as it does I gain full motion and jump up.
"Peirce." I say as I jump to his side
"Whats happening?"
I reach for his neckless remembering what he had said about the curse as I put our neckless together.
"Why isn't it working?"
I thought to my self about a book I read. I have the neckless Its not working. I stand and run to Blade.
"Blade wake up."
Five more minutes June."
"GET UP!" I say as I pull her off the bed
I place her hand over the joined necklesses he jumps and wakes.
"June? How did you? Where did the creature go?
