My New House

The New House

It was raining, Elizabeth was sitting in the back seat of the car, looking trough the window, trying to remember how everything went wrong.

Flashback

Elizabeth and her younger sister were watching a movie and eating popcorn, Elenor (sister) was trying to spook Elizabeth but it wasn't working even when they were watching a scary movie. "El, it's not going to work." Elizabeth says, trying to focus on the movie. But her ten year old sister is not giveing up, but still Elizabeth is 16 she never belived in such a thing as ghost's or in any other ordinary things.

21:35, sisters are still watching the movie, they are laughing and then they hear a giant bang comeing from the outside of the house. Their dad rushes downstairs, and then suddenly the door's flew accros the room, 5 men get into the house. "You two get down, you give us the money."A man with a gun says.

Then the last thing that Elizbaeth remembers is this...the same man who was talking, he shot Elenor. She tried to run away but then he shot her and Elizabeth saw it, she wished she didn't couse that image has repeated in her head so many times that night, that she wished they killed her and not her sister.

Her dad parked in front of an old house, the house was big, wodden and a little crapy. The first thing that Elizabeth noticed was the wodden planks that were nailed to each window forming an X. White paint on the house was no more white, it was more off-white.

"Here we are." Elzabeth's dad said as he got out of the car, she wanted to say something like that se didn't like the house, but after all they've been trough, she just keept quiet.

Her mom was sad, her eyes and nose red couse she was crying a lot. Elizabeth stands next to her. "Mom, you need any help?" She asks while her mom was getting the luggage out off the car. "Grabb your bags." She says pointing with her index finger. Elizabeth nods and grabbs her own bags, then goes into the house.

In the house was dark, really dark, it was cold and she keept getting this feeling that she was being watched, she turnes around and her dad was standing behinde her. "Dad you sceared me." She says then goes up stairs. The hall way was full of pictures, and then she sees a little picture in the middle of two big ones, the picture of a little girl, with long black hair, beautiful dark blue eyes, and she was smileing, she was happy, something that Elizabeth didn't see in two whole weeks.

She comes into her room, the room had pink walls, a big bed that looked really old, a closet that was literaly in the wall, and the last thing she noticed was a chair, the chair was in the middle of the room, which was really odd.

She grabbs the chair, and puts it next to jer bed, she didn't have a night stand so she tought that the chair would come in handy.

The night has fallen, Elizabeth was still unpacking, she opend the window to let fresh air come in. As she was unpacking she heard, a child laugh. Elizabeth look's trough the window, and sees a little girl on a swing, the the girl turns her head to look at Elizabeth and she smiles, but that smile wasn't nice it was creepy.

She closes the window, and turns around, she closes her eyes and then opens them, and findes her mom staring at her. "Ella, are you ok?" Elizabeth look's at her. "Hmm...um yeah, I was just...looking trough the window." Her mom nods and then goes out of her room.

She was in bed reading a book when the temperature in the room decreased and now it was cold, she looked around and then went back to reading her book. "Do you wonna play?" She herd a little girl's voice, then a laugh. Suddenly a little girl appeares on the chair, Elizabeth jumps fro her bed, the girls head turns to look at Elizabeth. "I wonna play." She said in a creepy voice.

Elizabeth wakes up, she gets up, her pj's were sweaty, and she relaized that it was just a dream. She layes in bed, but she couldn't sleep, she was too affraid.
