Now that you know a bit about me, I want to talk about my friendship group, as we like to call ourselves, "The Best People" on social media. (N.B- all the names will remain anonymous)
My main friend is Harry. Harry and I have pretty much been inseparable from day 1 of nursery (which can be good and bad). We were never really close until year 6, when we found out we were attending the same high school, therefore we thought "why the hell not?". Ever since, we talk everyday about random things, the typical "gossip" every once in a while and the odd debate on who's better. We are in the same class at school so we walk to and from school together everyday, however, I don't have any classes with him apart from English. When we first joined high school, we had to face the stereotypical disputes of why "a girl and boy can't be friends", the random remarks on how it's weird and how we shouldn't hide our "relationship". I mean don't get me wrong or anything, Harry's a good friend, but I'd rather jam rusty forks in my eyes. Plus, Harry knows about my interests in somebody else. Apart from that, I would consider Harry to be my main friend, we have our laughs, our arguments daily and our hobbies in annoying other people. Next year will be very different without him as I am attending college and he is remaining in the school's sixth form. But, if he thinks he can get rid of me, he is literally chuckling.
Linking to Harry, another friend is Kelly. Kelly is gorgeous. She has lush burgundy hair, flowing on her shoulders, with her glowing brown eyes lighting up the atmosphere in the room. Up until year 7, I found out that Kelly and I were best friends when we were babies. We even shared clothes and dungarees (when I was actually a normal size). She is brilliantly charismatic, using her optimism to make other people laugh. Especially when we were 12 and went to go and see "Rock of Ages" in the cinema's, and danced in front of the Domino's van. We are in quite a lot of classes together; last year we were in Maths together and it was hilarious. She even got annoyed at me because I spammed (and still do) her phone with crazy selfies of me, to remember me if I die (or a photo on Facebook for my next birthday)
Then, we have Chloe. Chloe and I happen to be almost similar with our interests and hobbies. Our minds are literally in sync as we have the inappropriate puns and jokes. Chloe has glowing blonde/brown, wavy hair that brushes over her headphones. Her dress sense is cool as she wears steel-toed boots and band shirts. We share so many memories. For example, Harry, Chloe and I went to New York together last year with the school and we paired up with each other in the room allocations. When we went to Times Square, we took selfies in the Disney store and gobbed our faces with Italian food at the restaurant. Even though I was a moody person the entire trip (Stupid hormone tablets), I wouldn't have changed the experience for any thing else and would love to go again with her and Harry. Her taste in music has inspired me to try new genres and explore the creativity of the music industry; which explains the reason why I have started playing the drums and guitar and found my talents lying within the instruments.
Alana is another idolizing friend of mine. She is crazy smart, and uses her intellectual abilities to make our group consistently happy and laughing all the time. She will come into school everyday with a crossword puzzle on her phone and we would try and finish it in under 10 minutes! Alana and I are in various classes together in school as we share the same course interests. In my opinion, she is the one of the main people I share my "funny" puns to. We have a specific day in which we believe is the best pun day- Thursday, 5th lesson (which is P.E). Alana has impressed our entire group recently as she has written an amazing book based on all of our group and the daily mystery's of our disappearances (no spoilers). We have all been planning the book since year 9 and Alana would take specific notes on the chapter details. When we all got the PDF file, we were all gobsmacked of how detailed and intriguing it was. We were all so impressed that we have decided to create a board game based on the book. Within that, we have created "Item cards", "Event cards", "Character Cards" and even a rule guide. Recently, our group all went to Harry's house and Kelly took the photos for the cards on her camera. One of my favorite photos has to be the photo of Carla pushing Shauna onto the road, the facial expressions especially. I think we got the inspiration to create a board game after we constantly play "Exploding Kittens" and "Happy Families" on our lunch break! Honestly, Alana and I get along like a house on fire! We share our interests in Maths and try to make it fun. Next year, Shauna, Alana and I are going to the same college, so we will see each other a lot more.
Then there's Carla. Carla has blonde/brown medium hair standing on her shoulders. She is amazingly artistic and hilarious. I find Carla particularly hilarious because she was born in Bristol and lived there for a short period of time; so when she moved to our area, she was stuck with the "farmer's" accent, and I completely adore it so much that I purposely mock her (in a joking manner). Her child-like cheekbones make me happy as they puff up when she laughs, which is almost all the time. Carla and Shauna have a specific friendship though. Carla thinks her way of showing the friendship is by pushing Shauna into fat people, cars and teachers. It's okay though, because they just laugh it off and we help them laugh it off. One of our best memories together is when our group went to McDonald's In April for Louise's birthday and Carla slipped over in front of everybody. The fact that the CCTV camera, which showed the whole ground floor the area of the slip was blaring on Carla and made everybody who was waiting for their meal hysterical. She then realized five minutes later, that she should have screamed "I've McFallen" (because she saw a Vine on that same event).
Likewise, Shauna is also very artistic and creative. However, I believe Shauna's confident has risen rapidly over the last couple of years. In year 8, Shauna was so timid that she would blush when somebody asked her a question in class; nowadays, she will happily scream an answer out in class and make sassy remarks which makes us all chuckle. She has "ginger" hair which shines in the bare sunlight, along with her emerald- blue eyes. Her determination for ambition envy's me as she is so committed in her work and her beliefs. Especially, her beliefs in the treatment for animals, which is lovely. Shauna has various plants and birds that she takes care for daily. She is super smart and hopes to be a veterinarian in the upcoming years. Her determination is so bold that she is willing to sacrifice her passion for Art and Design for Chemistry and Biology in the next upcoming years in college. I am looking forward to attending college with her next year as I hope her vigilance and her charisma rubs off on me and helps me mix in with the new children. We may have us recurring arguments, but we cannot go longer than a day without re conciliating with each other, just because we can debate with each other until the sun goes down.
Although, I do have many other good friends in my area who I still consider to be just like my family. Firstly, is Louise. Louise is amazing. Her hair is like a creative, "Crayola" rainbow which sways in the breeze. Her comical confidence makes our whole group chuckle. Although, recently, she has drifted away from our lunch time sessions as she is rather close with her other friendship group. In all fairness, we all miss seeing her on a regular basis, but I am still glad I am in her classes so I can still have the odd catch-up with her, and the taste of her amazingly glossiness cakes (I do love my cake).
Next is Natalia. Natalia and I have only recently become closer. We met in Health and Social last year and our similar intellectual capability connected us. Since then, we have talked and joked tremendously. She invited me to her 16th birthday, house party in October and I believe that's where we became truly close. She confides in my trusts and I do the same, especially her personal life. We have become that close that we are attending our school's prom together next month (as friends) and we are going to have professional photos together to remember the occasion. Also, I have persuaded her to join me at college next year, so we will become even closer then. Nevertheless, Natalia has recently purchased a car and insured it, so that she's ready to go on the road when she gathers her driver's licence in October (hopefully, a couple months before I gather mine). This is even better as she can give me lifts to KFC and McDonald's before college (the typical chaperon).
