What Can Happen 3

• Louis' POV •




My alarm goes off and I rise out of bed and get ready for the day.




"Louis, are you up?" Jade whispers through the door.




"Yes, thanks a lot for letting me stay" I say as I open the door as I'm still getting dressed.




"Oh, um" She blushes noticing I'm still getting dressed. "I'll see you downstairs"




She walks downstairs and I continue getting ready for school. As I walk downstairs and walk into the bathroom.







I have rings around my eyes. I was crying last night. El. I start to get sad then push her to the back if my mind.




"Ready to eat?" Jade asks as I enter her kitchen.




"Yeah, thanks for everything"




"No problem, anything you need"




Jade sets us both plates and I begin to tell her what last night was all about.




"So, about why I was here last night. I just needed a friend, thanks for being here for me"




"No problem, I'll be here whenever you need me. If you ever want to talk about it, I'm here" She says with compassion. "We should leave, we don't want to be late"




• Jades POV •




We both walk out to the car and start our drive to school.




I can tell something's up with Louis but I don't want to ask him because I know it'll just upset him so when he tell me, I'll find out.




I switch on the radio to make the drive less awkward and Holiday by Vampire Weekend comes on and we both hum and sing the song till we get to school.




When we arrive at school we see Lina and we all walk to Science together to start the day.




"Fuck, I forgot to do the Science homework. Don't we have a lab report due Friday too?" She asks us.




"Yeah, I still need to do that"




When the first bell rings we all start to get settled into first period.




"Good morning everybody!" my teacher shouts, much too loud for this early in the morning.




"Mr. M what's today's date?" One of the annoying guys in our room asks.




"I'm not sure, I think it's Wednesday"




"No, it's huMP DAY" He screams.




The whole class looks at him and then the whole class went quiet for a few minutes




"So to avoid any more awkward silence lets begin with a warm up"




*Its now five minutes till we leave school*




"So that's how matrices can be multiplied" She says noticing that everyone has their attention on the clock. "Alright, since you all seem to be paying attention so great say pop quiz, we just went over it so you'll ace it!"




Everyone's in shock and then angrily takes the quiz from their classmates and starts. Everyone works till the bell then hands them in as they walk out.




As I step out into the hallways I notice something, where's Louis? He usually walks past me and we walk together.




*Hey, where are you?* I text him.




As I walk to my car and get ready to leave my phone buzzes.




*Sorry, I left early. I wasn't feeling very well* He responds.




*Its ok, feel better*




As I drive home I stop at the Mall to buy something to wear to the party Friday. Ask I walk to Nordstorm browsing the racks I notice Louis talking to a beautiful girl who seems to be ignoring him.




"But El, why?" He pleas.




"Because Lou, I'm just over you."




As she said that I could tell those words crushed him,




"But" He says as he begins to stutter trying to hold his tears in.




"Louis, I've had enough. My decision is final, we are done"




She says and furiously trots away.




I run to Louis and as soon as he notices it's me he hugs me and cries into my shoulder.
