Kyle 's p.o.v.
Derrek was driving me to the beach. Leia is watching the children, she kinda demanded me to let her. Anywhore getting off topic. He parked at the by the beach and guided me out to the water.
For being lunchtime there was almost no people around. It was so peaceful the waves slowly washing up and back out. We swam a little and Derrek found a big beautiful conch shell and let me keep it! I hugged bear hugged him and kissed his cheek.
He said "Do you wanna get something to eat? I'm pretty hungry." I nodded eagerly and dragged him to his car.
"So... what are we gonna have?" I questioned as he started driving away.
He didn't even have to think about it "BBQ, unless you want something different?"Awe so sweet.
I said" No, I love BBQ" I smiled.
He pulled up at a small BBQ place and we got sat down quickly. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, corn on the cob and fries with root beer. This will me amazing. Derrek got a side of ribs, corn on the cob and potato salad with a sweet tea. We got our food and devoured out food.
It was so good I grabbed the mild BBQ sauce and poured it all over the pulled pork.
Needless to say we left with full bellies. Its about 8:00pm and the suns about to go down so Derrek took us to a cliff overlooking the sea and we watched as it set. I laid in the grass cuddled up against Derrick.
He stood up and pulled out a little box and said "Ever since the first day we met I loved you, I know I was a complete asshole towards you but I want to move past that. We have a family now kyle, so I want know." He paused and my heart was racing. "Will you marry me?"
My eyes widened and I froze. "You don't have to say yes, it was a stupid question" he rambled. I said "could you get right there?" I pointed to the opposite of the cliff edge. He nodded and got there.
I jumped on him and kissed him all over his face and Yelled" YES YES YES I WILL YESSS" he fell on his but and pulled me closer to him and kissed me, hard. We only parted to breath every now and then. When we finally stopped he put the ring on my finger. As we drove home we both had Cheshire smiles

Wooo they got engaged yay! So exciteing this is the second to last chapter yay im excited also the end will be different then i previously planned so i can do a sequel yay
