The man in the yellow suit

You woke up to Christmas music. You run downstairs to help tree trimming. You see two boxes left. "There's only two boxes left." Joe says. "At this rate, we'll be done by Easter." Barry says. You sits in next to Barry. Joe chuckles. Barry and you smile at each other and do the tree with our super speed. "Don't even." Joe says. "Too late." You say. You clap your hands. "Okay, the only red-suited person I want in this house right now is Kris Kringle, you got it?" Joe says. Barry huffs and you both get most of the ornaments off. You both sit back down. Joe starts laughing for some reason. Barry hands Joe another ornament. Iris Gomes down stairs with drinks. "Uh, these ornaments are not going to hang themselves." Iris says. "Mm hm." Barry says. "Grandma Ester's recipe. Light on the bourbon." Iris says. "Thank you." You say. Wow that is NOT light. "I always loved her definition of "light"." Joe says. Joe's cellphone goes off. "And the Christmas tradition continues." Joe says unamused. Joe talks on the phone for a bit. "Make sure there's some nog left when I get back." Joe says. "No promises." Barry says. You chuckle. Iris grabs Barry and your hand. "What's happening?" Barry asks. "Heh. Come on!" She says excited. Barry and I sit down on the floor. "Come on. We're doing this already!? Christmas isn't for a few days." Barry complains. Iris giggles. "I couldn't wait any longer. Here." Iris says. She hands Barry and me a present. "Okay." Barry and I say at the same time. "Oh. Wait me first. Heh!" She says excited. Iris opens the gift anxiously. "My mothers wedding band?" She says. Wait didn't she lose that on a field trip to the zoo? "A replica, yeah." Barry says. That explains it. "Blah blah blah blah." Is all you could hear. Friends don't give friends wedding bands. Ugh he's so crushing on Iris. "Okay let me open my gift." You say excited. I haven't done this in years. You open the present and see a tiara. It had blue gems on it. "I remember you saying when we were nine years old you wanted to be a princess." Barry says. You give him a big hug. He puts it on your head. You hear a knock on the door. Iris goes answers the door. "Hey, babe." Iris says. "Hey, Barry." Eddie says. He looks at me. You look childish so you took off the tiara. "Nice ring." Eddie says. "It's beautiful, isn't it." Iris says. "It's an exact replica of my mom's. Barry got it for me." Iris says happily. "Very thoughtful, Bar." Eddie says. Barry put on a fake smile. "So are we tree-trimming?" Eddie asks. "Yep." You say. "Come on." Iris says pulling Eddie towards the living room. Barry and you run to S.T.A.R labs to give out presents. You walk around while Barry hands out the presents. You put back on your tiara. You were dragging your hand across the wall and then a door opened. Being the curious you walk in. You see a yellow suit. You look at it in horror and run out. You try to look not horrified. Barry walks up to you. "Hey are you okay?" Barry asks. "No in need to get home." You say. Caitlyn grabs your hand. "Well look like we need to run tests, if that okay with you?" She says. "Okay, but make it quick." You say. You sit down on a bed. She hooks you up to sons machines. "The machine says your terrified." Caitlyn says. "Why are you scared?" She asks. "I-it's nothing." You say. You get up and run away. Barry and Joe are not home. Why would Dr. Wells do this to you and Barry? You lay down thinking that one question for hours. You get up and run back to S.T.A.R labs. You see Joe in there talking about a case. "The witness described seeing a yellow blur. Just like the one that killed Y/N'S parents and Barry's mother." Joe says. "Then we need to get cracking and stop this speed psycho. That I wasn't trying to give him a name." Cisco says. "The crime scene at Mercury Labs was on a floor with highly secured vaults. The witness said he was looking for something." Barry says. You start to back up once Dr. Wells got closer. "He wanted it badly enough to kill for it." Wells says. "What do you know about Mercury labs?" Joe says. I refuse to be in the same room as that murderer! You run out. You put on your super suit and run to Mercury labs and wait for Reverse Flash. You run to the house and get something to eat. You grab some cookies and run away leaving Iris confused. You run around town. You stop at the police station and see the head scientist of Mercury labs talking to Barry and Dr. Wells. She leaves. You keep running around town. No sign of Reverse Flash. You run back to try labs. You place your hand where the secret door opens. You take a close look at the yellow suit. You run out and go to Barry and Iris. You knock on the door. Iris owns the door. You see Iris yelling Barry's name. "Barry!" Iris says. "We called your name like a million times." Iris says. "Blah blah blah sappy stuff blah blah blah." Is all you could hear. Iris leaves. You were just in the background. No one cared. You sat on his desk. Barry looks out the window and you join him. You both see Reverse Flash. You stare in horror. Barry grabs your hand and makes you run along with him. You were just dragging your feet cause you didn't want to faces your fears. He corners Reverse Flash or Dr. Wells. "It was you." Barry says. You were shaking in fear. "Looks like your sidekick is scared Allen." RF says and runs off. Barry was about to go when you grabbed his arm. "Let go!" He yells. "Barry you don't get it he knows our weaknesses and secrets he's Dr. Wells Barry!" You yell. "No Dr. Wells helped us!" He yells. He pushes you to the ground. You land in a puddle of water. No one needs me here. You look at yourself and notice somethings missing. YOUR TIARA! You must've left it in the secret room! You get up and run. You see Barry an RF running along side each other. Barry or your safety. Barry. You run along with Barry. You both end up at a stadium. Barry and you run towards RF. Barry gets flipped over by RF. You punch RF in the stomach. He grabs your arm and starts to bend it and not the right way. He breaks your arm. You scream. RF runs in front of Barry. "Not fast enough, Flash." He says. Barry and RF run around the stadium while you were laying on the ground. You get up and run back to the lab. "Hey what are you- OH MY GOSH what happened Y/N?!" Cisco says. "Reverse Flash broke my arm." You say. "Just lay down and relax, okay?" Cisco says. You see your tiara on the counter. You walk over and put it on.
Barry's P.O.V
Reverse flash flips you over again and starts to kick and punch you. "Who are you?!" You say. "You know who I am, Barry." RF says. RF starts to punch you again. RF throws you onto the ground. "I don't know who you are!" You yell. "We've been at this a long time, you and I, but I've always been one step ahead." You get up and try to punch him in the face, but he was right he is always one step ahead. He punched you in the gut and runs around you and tackles you to the ground. "It is your destiny to lose to me, Flash. Just as it was your mothers destiny to die that night." RF says and runs off. You slowly try to get up. You were painting by now. You fall back onto the ground and groan. You slowly get up and run back to the labs. You see Y/N in a arm cast and in her other hand she was holding her tiara. You got everyone in the main lab except for Y/N. "He acted like he know me, like we'd done this before." You say. "He was antagonizing you, Bar." Joe says. "I would get close, and he's pull away. This was just some sick game to him." You say. "You'll catch him, we'll help." Dr. Wells says. "No you don't get it, all right? His speed, it's beyond Y/N and me. We're not the fastest people alive. He is. So how do we catch somebody that me and Y/N can't keep up with?" You say. "The beautiful thing about force fields is they're impervious to speed. Now we're almost finished fabricating the trap. All that remains is for Detective West to procure the bait." Dr. Wells says. "I'm on it." Joe says. "Barry, why don't you stay here with Y/N?" Joe says. "No, Joe, today is not the day to tell me to stay behind." Barry says.
Y/N's P.O.V
You stayed there alone sitting on a bed. Your arm healed, but Caitlyn wanted you to stay the night to make sure I was okay. You say Dr. Wells come in. You start to scoot away from him. Suddenly he gets up. "Whatever you saw you will never tell anyone or Iris might die." He says. "Got it." He says. You nod. He grins and gets back on his wheelchair and goes away. You held your tiara tighter. You get up and walk into the main lab. You see Cisco and Caitlyn go to their seats. "The tachyon devise is in place." Cisco says. "You think it'll work?" Barry asks. "It'll work." Cisco says. "So how do we advertise to him that the prototype is here?" Barry asks. "We'll take care of that." Dr. Wells says. "What's the problem?" Barry asks. "Look, Barry, me and Dr. Wells have spoken and we think it would be best if you weren't here for this." Joe says. No that can't happen he needs to stop Wells! "What are you talking about?" Barry asks. "Your too close to this." Joe says. "Maybe you're not close enough." Barry says annoyed. "If you hadn't been too scared and warned me weeks ago I could've been prepared for this." Barry says annoyed. You walk in between them. "I think Barry's right. He should be there to help defeat this menace." You say. Wells looks at you annoyed. "I think we can all appreciate Joe's concern for Iris, Barry, Y/N." Wells says. "I can relate, but what if this menace isn't stopped he will just keep threatening us until we are weak and vulnerable." You say annoyed. You look at Wells. "That's why we have to be here. We're the best chance of catching him!" Barry says angry. "Not right now, not in this state." Joe says. "This man killed my mother and sent my dad to jail then killed Y/N'S parents." Barry says. "This is our fight!" Barry yells. "Ya." You say. "Not today, son." Joe says. Barry sighs. You stare at Joe in disbelief.
Barry's P.O.V
You run to the jail that your dad was sent to. They let you talk to your dad. "Merry Christmas slugger." He says. "Merry Christmas." You say. You feel like your about to cry. "You alright, Bar?" He asks. "I screwed up dad." You say. Your dad looks at you worried. "After years of searching I finally found him." You say. "I finally found the man who killed mom. The man in yellow the one in the lightning. He's out there, and I had him. He got away. I was so close. I promised you that I would have get you out of here. Everyday you spent in here has been because of him. Until today. Now your in here because of me, and I'm so sorry." You say and you start to sob. "Barry." He says. "Barry." He says again. "This is not your fault. Look at me." He says. You look at him. "I know what you've given up. Every decision you've made in the past 14 years had because of me and your mom. What you studied, why you became a CSI, even with Iris." He says. "Iris?" You say confused. "Your my son. You don't think I know how you love her?" He says. "But you never pursued her. Because you were too consumed with what had happened to me and your mom to let yourself have a life. Well, let it go, Barry." He says. The only thing is that I don't like Iris as much as I like Y/N. "Hear me now. The man integrity yellow suit he's taken enough from us already. Don't let him take any more." He says. You two stars at each other for a while. Y/N would never like me. Better go with the second best.
Y/N's P.O.V
You were laying on your bed. Thinking of how it would be to tell people about Wells secret. You hear a knock. You walk downstairs and see Iris and Barry hugging. "I love you, Iris." Barry says. You couldn't take anymore you ran out the door and just kept running. You went to the roof top of CC Jitters. "People like me have a lot of sacrifices." You say. "Ya people like us do." You hear behind you. You saw Reverse Flash. "I didn't tell anyone got that!" You yell. "I know, but your gonna help me." He says. "With what?" You say. "I'm going to beat you up in the force field and your not gonna do anything about it." He says. "Got it." You say. You run to S.T.A.R labs. You see Eddie and some police force. "By the way Eddie good job." You say giving a thumbs up. "Heh thanks." He says. You see Reverse Flash get trapped in the force field. You go to see it with everyone else. "Cisco lights!" Wells yells. "Sure thing, Dr. Wells." Cisco says over the intercom. You start to walking slowly towards Reverse flash. "What are you doing Y/N?" Eddie says worried. "Getting answered." You say. "Why did you kill my parents and Barry's mom?" You ask. "I wanna know why you did this to me and Barry? Why did you do it?" You say angry. "Y/N we meet again." Reverse flash says. "Why did you want the particle thingy?" You ask. "My goals are beyond your understanding." He says. "I'm pretty smart." You say. "Everyone evacuate now!" Caitlyn says over the intercom. Suddenly RF grabs you and starts to beat you up. You scream in pain. This is not what you were expecting when he said he was going to beat me up. You grunt. You get up and try punching him, but he catches your arm and breaks it again. You scream again. He corners you and repeatedly punched you in the gut. "Cisco, turn off the barrier!" Joe yells. "If I turn it off that things gonna get out." Cisco says over the intercom. "Cisco, he's gonna kill Y/N!" Joe yells. Joe grabs a wrench and starts to break the trap. RF kicks you or more time and gets the partial thingy and leaves. "Find him!" Eddie yells. "Don't move or I'll shoot!" Eddie yells. Eddie keeps pointing his gun at RF. RF kills team of troops and leaves Eddie alone. "I warned you not to hunt me!" RF says. RF runs away. You lay on the floor bleeding. Joe and Eddie come running towards you. "Are you okay Y/N." Eddie asks. "N-no." You say. He get you on a bed. Cisco and Caitlyn come escape. You expand what happened. "That would make sense." Caitlyn says. Well at least I know do people care about me a little. Everyone leaves and Cisco and Caitlyn start to take care of me. "I went over the data I must've missed something." Cisco says. "It's no ones fault except for Reverse Flash." You say giving a warm smile. "How come you are so happy after you got a huge beating from Reverse Flash?" Caitlyn asks. "It's because I have awesome friends that help me through it." You say kindly. "Oh." She says. You give her a hug. "I gotta go home." You say and run off. You get to your bed and fall asleep. You hear the door open. You pretend your asleep. The person comes near and kisses you on your forehead. You actually fall asleep after the person leaves.
