After seeing Jade so torn up you didn't have the heart to tell her you'd gotten a date. You felt really bad for her, she liked Rose a lot. You wish you could do something for her. At that moment you feel your phone vibrating in your pocket. You look, your pesterchum app is going bonkers!! You better see who it is.
EB:Jake!!
GT:Yeah? What is it?
EB:Good news!! I'm coming to Paris!!
GT:Really?! When??? This is *AMAZING*
EB:I know!! I got a part in D's movie. Anyway how's everyone doing?
GT:Well, I'm doing splendid, but I can't say the same for Jade. :(
EB:Oh no! What's up with her?
GT:She just got her heartbroken, but I'm sure seeing you will cheer her up.
EB:Heh, yeah. I can't wait to see you guys! But for now I have to go. I'm about to get on my plane.

Your name is John Egbert and you're going back to Paris after being offered a movie part by the D Strider. Until this happened you thought you could dream about it. But you're freaking out, what was so special about you? Why did he pick you?! Well, it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is the fact your flight is already paid for. You board the plane and sigh, you were eager to see your family.

After comforting Jade you lay in your bed, you feel sad...and you can't explain why. Its probably the weather. You sigh, and look at your feet. You're tempted to go out and see Dirk but you're afraid of Jack finding you. But you really want to see him, you whimper. "Diiiiiiirk," you start to whine, you bit your lip, unsure what exactly is coming over you. You feel like you have to see go see him. Immediately, you shakily pick up the phone and dial his number
He picks up on the first ring.
"Hello?"
"H-Hey, Dirk?"
"Oh. Hey Jake, what's up?"
"Oh, nothing! How've you been?" You felt very awkward at this moment in time
"I've been...fine, I guess. What's this about? Why are you calling?"
You blush and tug at your collar, "U-Uhhhh...I just wanted to talk to you..perhaps we could see each other tonight?" You say barely above a whisper
