Mount Justice

Feb 4, 2011 - 10:00 A.M.

Zatanna wakes up to the morning sunlight coming through the window. She smiles while waking up relaxed in bed. She gets dressed and heads downstairs where she heads to the living room. Only to bump into Artemis.

Zatanna: "Oh I'm sorry Arty."

Artemis: "It's okay Zee, where were you heading."

Zatanna: "I was going to the living room and study a bit, I left my bag around there."

Artemis: "Oh really, coming from the girl who's an A+ student."

Zatanna: "Yeah, sometimes A+ students could misplace their things from multitasking."

Artemis: "Ha good one" (giggling towards Zatanna's response)

Zatanna: "You know me, always everywhere and nowhere."

Artemis: "Your right, also how was yesterday the mission with Jamie?"

Zatanna: "It was intense, I broke Queen Bee's left hand, I was in raged, Jamie backed me up back there, and honestly I felt that I was useless." (Out of breath with worriedness across my face)

Artemis: "Oh Zee don't get upset, you did your best. Remember what Black Canary said: "never take your anger on the mission from things that happen aside it can cause some consequences" But you did good so don't worry."

Zatanna: "Thanks so much, Arty."

As Zatanna and Artemis hug from Zee's breakdown. Artemis hears a noise coming from the left.

Artemis: "Who's there, answer me!"

Zatanna: "Yeah come out and show yourself."

Ma'gan: "It's just me and Conner guys, you can hide your "I'm going to kill you guard aside."

Conner: "Yeah girls, chill we don't want to know what happened here."

Artemis: "Oh you think you're smart now, huh Conner?"

Conner: "No, I was just saying."

Zatanna: "Alright... alright, let's go Artemis, sorry for startling you."

Artemis: "Really Zee, you think they heard?"

Zatanna: "Nope Conner was focused too much on Ma'gan that he doesn't know."

Artemis: "Oh okay, that's a relief."

As they go to the living room they see Jamie and Bart sitting on the right side of the couches. As Zatanna, turns to Artemis "I don't want to sit here right now." Artemis said; "don't worry Zee, I am right here." As they continue to walk they sit on the left couch and wave hi to the guys. Bart yells "Hey Arty where's Wally?" Artemis giggles "he's on a mission with Nightwing." Bart says: "really I wanted him to train me more." Zatanna said: "how about going one on one with Black Canary?" Bart says "she's not here today, she went on a mission with the League." Zatanna nods "oh that's good, how about a one on one with me?" Jamie says "No she can't she still needs to rest." Zatanna looks down, Bart says "really bro." Artemis says "why are you speaking for her." Jamie said, "Zatanna was injured and I want her to regain her power and strength."

As the Zeta-Tubes turn on and say: *Access Granted B01 Nightwing, Access Granted B03 Kid Flash* While making everyone startle from the sound of the Zeta-Tubes, they appeared.

Nightwing approaches Zatanna and smiles as he gets closer and Zatanna blushes, making Jamie envious of her emotional reaction when Nightwing sat down. He grabbed his stuff and said, "I'll be going, come on Bart." Bart looks at Jamie and said, "what happened?" Jamies responded "nothing much, just need some air." As he leaves everyone is quite and Bart follows behind. Wally pulls Artemis aside to talk in the training area, where they start to kiss. While Zatanna and Nightwing look at each other eyes.

Nightwing: "How are you feeling, my lovely magician."

Zatanna: "I am feeling fine, kinda feel special now."

Nightwing: "your blushing, my love. I felt like I walked into something earlier."

Zatanna: "It is nothing out of the ordinary."

Nightwing: "You sure, seems like it meant the opposite for Jamie."

Zatanna: "It was about our mission, I broke Queen Bee's hand and she injured me, Jamie wants me to rest and I feel that I can do anything."

Nightwing: "I think Jamie made the right choice and rest for the day today."

Zatanna: "I guess he is right, I'll apologize to him but right now I'll make sure to rest."

As Zatanna grabs her bag and holds Nightwing hand tight, they walk up the stairs. While approaching Zee's door, She gets close to his lips and kisses him on the lips. Zatanna is leaned against the door and Nightwing kisses her on the lips and opens the door. As they proceed to the bed they lay down and kiss each other some more and she helps him with taking off his suit, revealing his black shirt and boxers. Zatanna smiles "Um put your shorts on they are in the bag next to the window from gym class. your lucky we have a class together." He smiles, "lifesaver my love." As he puts his shorts on they are on top, as she moves her hair to the side, he kisses her neck and kisses softly."

Zatanna grabs on to him and kisses him more on his lips, cheek, and neck. Nightwing returns the favor and kisses more. He takes off his shirt and feels her hands and warmth going down his spine from all the dark temptation he has felt in his life. He felt that he was getting some light into his life and soul. Zatanna made sure to feel a pure emotional aura around, she enjoyed being with him. 

She was his angel and he was her home. 

They were laying in bed together as she was resting her head on his chest. She felt comfortable, while he felt that emotion still there. Artemis and Wally walked into the room and notice them sleeping. Wally was about to scream in sarcasm, but Artemis hit him and said: "Wallace stop being so immature, let them sleep."

Zatanna was Nightwings Beacon of Hope.
