*Sarah’s POV*

I woke up around 11. I untangled myself from the sheets. Passing by a mirror, I stopped and looked at myself for a second. I looked horrible. My hair was greasy, I had some smudged makeup around my eyes, and I smelled like smoke. Shower time!

I walked out into the hallway and grabbed a fluffy purple towel from the linen cabinet. Then, I proceeded to get into the shower and scrub the dirt off my body. After taking my long, long shower, I got out and wrapped myself in my towel.

I walked into my room and pulled on pale pink skinny jeans, a whit tank, and black sweatshirt. I wanted, scratch that, I needed to get payback on someone today. I walked into the kitchen to see Nate just closing the door.

”Hey Nate, where were you all afternoon?” I questioned.

“Just out.” He told me. I didn’t push the question any farther.

“I need to get pay back on someone. I’ll be back later, alright?” I walked out the door, not waiting for his answer. It didn’t really matter though. It was just more for them to know what the hell was going on.

I pulled out my iPhone. Surprisingly, I didn’t have to steal it. I bought it with my street fighting money. But the music on her was bought using a stolen credit card. I had to switch cards like once a month so I wouldn’t get caught. I plugged my beats in and started to jam out.

After about 6 minutes, I arrived at my destination. I walked up and jiggled the doorknob. It was locked, as I suspected. I pulled a bobby pin out from my hair and stuck it in the lock. After about 2 minutes, I heard a click and the door popped open.

The smell of weed hit me the second I walked into the house. And the smell of ink for tattoos too.

After a few more steps, I saw the guy I was looking for sitting on the couch in a heated make out session with some girl. They hadn’t heard me walk in, so I cleared my throat. The whipped around and saw mw standing there. I smirked.

“What is she doing her Jason?” The girl asked.

Again I smirked. “You didn’t tell your little toy about your Jason? That’s so sad. Maybe you should tell her now.”

“I am not a toy!” The girl snapped at me, and then turned to Jason, “What’s your job?”

“Well, you see,” He mumbled.

“He’s a drug dealer. My ex-drug dealer, actually. He cheated me out of some money. Now he is going to pay.” I jumped over the girl who screeched and landed on Jason.

He rolled us off the sofa and I landed on top. I threw punch after punch on his face. I slammed his head into the floor. I was about to keep punching, but my phone went off. I pulled it out; keeping Jason pinned under me, and answered it. “Hello?” I sassed.

“Sarah! How dare you speak-“my mom.

I cut her off. “Look mom, I would love to stay and chat, but I’m kinda busy right now.”

“Sarah,” she began, but I screamed out in pain. Jason punched my nose while I was talking, and I think her broke it.

“Katy, grab the phone, call the cops!” I was now pinned under him and he was punching me. My phone was torn from my grasp and I heard my mom’s frantic calls from the other side.

I was trying to fight back, but with Jason pinning me, I could do nothing. So I faked dead. I stopped moving and I stopped breathing. After 30 seconds, I was running out of breathe and Jason wasn’t moving. But then he got up.

When he turned his back, I sucked in air and tripped him. He landed hard on the wood floors, and I think I heard his jaw snap. Katy screamed. I climbed over him and slammed his head over and over onto the wood floors. I flipped him over so his back was on the floor.

I took a good look at his face. It was bloody and bruised. I then slammed his head into the floor, so the back of his head was getting hit too. After 3 more slams, his eyes closed. I was so close to killing him, but I didn’t stop. I didn’t want too.

Just as I was going to hit him one more time, the cops came in. Immediately I was pulled off him, and cuffed. Paramedics came in and put Jason on a stretcher. The main doctor came in and he gave Jason a quick once over. “It’s a miracle that he’s still alive. We need to get him to a hospital, squat.”

I almost killed someone. The old me would have felt guilt and would have wanted to die from it. But the new me, this new and improved me, wanted to finish the job.

*Zayn’s POV*

I rolled over and looked at the clock. It was about 10. Why was I up so early? Perrie’s solo from DNA was blaring. That was my ring tone.

“Hello?” I said sleepily.

“Zayn, baby!”

“HI mum. Why are you calling so early?” I asked her. Like really. The hell?

“Come into the kitchen.” She told me.

“What?” But she had ended the call. I was awake now, might as well go. I threw on some basketball shorts, and headed into the kitchen. My mom and some women were there. “MUM!” I yelled and ran into her open arms. We hugged for a few minutes.

All the lads were also here, and there was food on the table. All of them were pigging out.

“What are you doing here? And sorry for being rude, but who’s that?” I asked, pointing to the lady next to mum.

“I’m Jane Anderson. Nice to meet you.” Jane said, pulling me into a hug. I awkwardly hugged her; I’m not a big hugging person.

I sat down next to Mum and Mrs. Anderson. I piled food high on my plate and dug in. Mrs. Anderson was super nice and easy to talk to. I looked at the clock; it surprised me to see it was past 11 already.

“So, Zayn, there is something we need to tell you.” Mrs. Anderson told me, looking at mum.

“Look, honey, Jane5’s daughter isn’t the best person ever. She gets in trouble a lot, and she needs someone to look out for her. She’s 17.” Mum told me.

“And what does this have to do with me?” I asked. I was confused.

Mum took a deep breath before looking me in the eye. “We want you to marry her.”

“WHAT?!” The boys and I cried out. I’m 18 for fucks sake!

“Please, sweetie, try to understand. We know this will be hard on you but,” I cut her off.

“I don’t want to marry your fucking daughter! I have Perrie! Who I am in love with! And management will never agree!” I was beyond mad.

“Actually, management did agree. Here is the paper.” I snatched the paper from my mother’s hands. After scanning over it, I realized it was true. I had to do as they say, or I will ruin One Direction. I can’t do that to the boys.

I put my head down in defeat. I started crying. I couldn’t take it. “Let me call her and we will see where she lives. You two can meet today. Can you boys excuse us?” Mrs. Anderson said.

They all got up and patted me on the back. I know they felt terrible about this. There was nothing they could do.

“Hello?” A girl sassed. Well great. I’m going to marry a feisty one.

“Sarah! How dare you speak-” Mrs. Anderson said.

The girl, Sarah, cut her off. “Look mom, I would love to stay and chat, but I’m kinda busy right now.”

“Sarah,” she began, but screaming came from the other side.

“Katy, grab the phone, call the cops!” A male voice yelled from the other side. What the hell is going on? Mrs. Anderson was freaking out and yelling for Sarah before the line went dead.

We all sat in silence for a few minutes before the phone rang. Mrs. Anderson answered it right away. I only heard bits and pieces of what was going on. But I zoned that out. What was I going to tell Perrie?

I heard a sigh. “I guess we are going down to the police station.”
