"hey jess" harry said, disrupting my thoughts. "hey." i replied, asbsentmindedly. "put on that dress i got you." he said, and i snapped back to reality. i was about to ask what it was for, but i didnt bother because i knew he was going to say it was a surprise. i got up, grabbed the dress, and slugged to the bathroom. i slipped it on, curled my hair, and applied some makeup. i looked into the full-sized mirror, and decided that my appearence was as good as it was going to get. my ringlets of hair bounced on my shoulders as i skipped out of the bathroom. i met up with everyone downstairs, who were all dressed up too. i walked slowly walked over to nikki, while all eyes were on me. "do you know where we're going?" i whispered in nikki's ear, and she shrugged her shoulders. by the look on her face, i could tell she knew. i followed them outside, and my heart skipped a beat when i saw a big black limo parked outside my house. "wow." i said, running up to the limo to make sure its actually there. i touched its sleek surface, which eliminated the possibility that it was just a figment of my imagination. a man in a black suit opened the door for me, and i crawled inside. the interior fascinated me, which the boys thought was pretty funny. "is this your first time being in a limo?" louis asked, and i nodded my head. the whole way to the 'surprise', i bounced up and down in my cushioned seat. the vehicle came to a stop, and the door opened beside me. i stepped out and looked up at the large building we were parked in front of. niall rushed ahead of me and opened the door for me. i stepped into the building and was hit with a blast of cool air. colorful lights flashed, confetti fell, music blasted, and people danced. i took a few more steps into the crowded room, and the music came to a sudden stop. hundreds of heads turned in my direction. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" they screamed in unison. "THANK YOU!" i screamed back, and a few chuckles erupted from the sea of people. "there are some people we want you to meet." liam said. louis grabbed my wrist, and pulled me into the crowd. we stopped in front of a group of girls. a few of them turned, and i screamed. "oh my gosh, you must be jess! we've heard so much about you! im eleanor calder, louis' girlfriend." eleanor said in a chirpy voice. "hi! im danielle peazer, liam's ex-girlfriend." she said. "and im perrie, zayns girlfriend, and 1/4 of little mix." perrie said, proudly. "this is so cool! i cant believe im actually meeting you! im jess, jakes girlfriend." i said, pointing to jake. the three girls' eyes widened, and mouths dropped. "he's super fit." eleanor whispered in my ear. "dont tell louis i said so though." she said, and i giggled
