9 - ditched

Shawn and I walked to school, 5 minutes of random talk and enjoying nature we arrived at school, aka the worst place ever. 

"Shawn, I don't wanna be here" I said as I walked up to my locker.

"Neither do I" he sighed, "but in seven hours we can hang out after school and get ice cream"

"Sounds good"

I started walking to my first class but I was pulled aside when someone grabbed onto my arm.

I was quickly pushed up against a brick wall on the outside of the school, I came face to face with Aidan.

"What do you want?" I quickly spat.

"You" he smirked, "Isn't it obvious?"

"Yeah, but I have a boyfriend."

"I bet Shawn can't make you feel this good" and thats when his lips crashed onto mine. It took me a few seconds to register and I didn't kiss back. I didn't want to. 

I put my hands on his chest and pushed him as far away from me as possible.

"What the hell?!" I practically screamed.

He walked back over to me and put his lips near my ear and whispered "I know you liked it. Call me anytime." 

"Fuck off" I said and he walked away.

The problem is I liked it.

During my first class I could not stop thinking, I just couldn't get Aidan out of my head.

Did I cheat?

What is Shawn gonna think?

I had to tell Shawn, of course I had to. I am just worried about what he will think or what he will do.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and I needed a way other than school to escape these thoughts so I snuck my phone under the table and carefully pressed the power button.

The screen lit up with two notifications.

Shawn: Lets ditch ;)

Mom: Have fun at school!  (a/n: hahaha typical moms)

I swiped left and replied to Shawn's.

Lauren: Okay, after this class.

I met Shawn outside of the school right after class, I walked over to his car to see that he was already in it. I opened up the passenger door and threw my backpack in the backseat and sat down in the front.

"Hey babe" 

"Hey" I said and put on my seatbelt.

"Where to?" he asked.

"Starbucks?"

"I would have never guessed" he said sarcastically. 

*skip car ride bc boring af*

We sat at a table near the window after we got our drinks and Shawn got a muffin.

"Shawn, I have to tell you something" I said bouncing my leg up and down under the table due to nerves. 

"What is it?"

haha cliffhanger, sorry I had to.

i have a plan for the ending of the story so yay, probably only 3 or 4 more chapters :)

also it is summer, so i will be updating more! I am gonna put this story at the top of my priorities and I plan on having it done by the end of June :)
