Let's not wait any longer! Here's chapter one.

One.... two.. three, four, five.. six.
Like a bored kid, I was counting every tree that passes by in my view. We were riding in a van traveling to 'I don't know where' while my mom was driving oh hell so slow that's why I'm acting this immature.
"Honey, don't worry. We'll be there sooner than you think" She seemed to notice my gloomy attitude and tried to lighten things up.
ya right. Why do we even have to migrate? feels like I made a crime or something that we had to escape.
"Kath! May I borrow iPad?" my brother's chirpy voice came from behind. He has no other fun in life other than gadgets. I think that's really the generation of kids nowadays. I admit even me myself has gadgets all around me.
"KATH! Borrow!" He now shouted sounding annoyed since I ignored him.
"Get it by yourself. It's at mom's bag" I answered coldly not daring to look away from the scene of moving trees and buildings in front of me.
"Where is it?" he asked again.
"Find it! You have eyes do you?" I spatted back and looked at him with annoyance. He sticked his tongue out meaning every move he did while I just ignored and looked back at the road with the running trees.
I don't know why, but I like watching how trees pass by in front of me when riding a car.
I could hear my brother searching from the sounds of moving bags behind me. Suddenly he paused like realization hit him.
"Such a blind girl! Mom's bag is actually right beside you dum dumb!" He shouted surely talking to me. Even with his cute voice still made him sound so UNangelic because of his words.
I looked at the bags beside me and Felix was right it was there. Oh well... sorry my bad.
"Then get it from here!" I quickly replied.
"It's far.. You hand it to me!"
DEMANDING KID!
"You have arms and feet! Use it." I replied back.
He groaned with frustration all over his voice before he took few steps towards me and grabbed mom's bag.
That is my little brother. Felix Scott, He's 10 yrs old, but he gives such big problems just like a teenager. Which over all, adds more problems for my parents since they would be handling already two annoying creatures in the house.
"How many times should I tell you to stop fighting?" Mom scolded by asking a question which actually worked and made my annoying brother silent.
*few hours later*
FINALLY! We arrived at exactly 6pm. The sky wasn't so bright anymore.
So glad that my sore ass can now rest from sitting for like how many hours.
I stepped out of the van looking at the new subdivision in front of me. It was okay,... modern. I don't really mind if it's big or not as long as I'll be comfortable and PUHLEASE! No weird neighbors. Hopefully.
You know how that actually feels where before you change in your room, you had to double check the windows to prevent someone from seeing things that shouldn't be seen and also as you walk out from your house you see the neighbor staring at you weirdly.
Honestly, It creeps me out!
Felix rushed inside and went upstairs looking so excited to check his new room while I followed by just walking. On the other hand, observing the sorroundings.
"Katrina, your room is right beside the master's bedroom." My mom spoke as I took a step at the staircase.
I continued my pace and before I reached the end,
"By the way, school starts tonorrow. Also tell your brother to wake up early." She added.
My eyes widened as she reminded me of school. How could I even forget! The reason why we transferred was an unexpected mistake too. I did something at my old school which I can't bare telling it to anyone. EVER.
I may not be a shy-type, silent, innocent girl like what most usually expect but I still hide secrets no matter how care-free I look.
As I found my room's door and went in, I dropped my bags and quickly went to the comfy bed to escape from reality.
"I wonder how my first day of school here will turn?"
