okay, where should I sit?.. hmm think of a good place Katrina!

I scanned the whole cafeteria, holding a tray in my hand. People looked at me as I walked in and most looks were full pf admiration. Even the football players were making some whistle sounds which annoyed me a bit so I shrugged them off. My eyes suddenly locked gazes with.. that jerk!

Yep! You got it right. Seth Howards. His chocolate-brown hair was ruffled in a messy hot way, and it matched perfectly at his thick eyebrows shading his dark blue eyes. His cheeks were slightly pinkish oh what a perfect creation!

He was staring at me in a way that I'm not comfortable with. Because his eyes got darker and that made me look away as I felt my cheeks heating up in the process.

Luckily, I saw a hand waving few meters away from me. Which was Ashley's hand How could I forget! I am supposed to eat with Ashley and the girls today. Just my luck, the table was beside Seth's along with his gang.

Chill Katrina! What's with Seth? You shouldn't let him distract you.

I kept saying these words to myself but realized that I was actually staring at him intently with eyes narrowed. Sort of like a mad girl planning for revenge.

Now I didn't noticed that!

Seth shot stares back with no sign of emotions in his face. Since I don't dare want to look away first at the challenge his doing to me, I did the same thing to him.

Here goes the *stare game* again..

Our gazes was cut off when Ashley waved her hand faster this time from my ignorance.

I quickly walked to their direction and sat at the vacant chair beside Monique and ate without thinking twice. Not looking at them even if I know they are watching me like with amusement in their eyes.

With two scoops already in my mouth, I paused noticing the girls were still staring at me. I looked at them innocently with a stuffed mouth.

"What?" I asked with my mouth full.

"Okay what was that?" Ashley asked with mallis in her tone.

"What was what?" I asked again after I swallowed.

"You locked gazes with Seth! Not only once but twice actually" Monique said to me like I don't know what they mean.

Actually, I know exactly what they mean I just don't want to talk about it. Honestly, Seth makes me feel uncomfortable but I don't want to let him know that. NEVER

"So? He looked at me first! And in a way which I don't like at all" I explained.

"Excuses.." Ashley murmurred and there was an awkward silence after that.

Somehow I noticed Ashley was different then. She seemed to be annoyed by me. Like she is pissed or something.

But why will that happen? Wait- is she jealous?

Okay, maybe I'm suspecting things too much again. This is really my wickness, I suspect too easily.

I don't know why or what happened to my eyes that I can't help but glance at Seth again from curiosity if he's looking at me or not.
