Chapter 15 - Last Chapter

Simon's POV

After a few hours

It was a long time and finally, a doctor came out with a nurse behind him.

I ran to the doctor

' Is she fine? Is it done? Have the twins arrived? ' I asked impatiently

' Well first things first, here are your twins ' the doctor said and moved out of the way. The nurse were holding two babies with identical faces and chubby cheeks

I gasped and then walked to them. I held them for the first time and kissed their cheeks.

' Thank you, oh my gosh. But can I check how my wife is doing? ' I asked

The doctor took a deep breath which made a shiver run down my spine

I gave my twins back to the nurse as she walked back into the room.

The doctor took me to another room and we sat down

' Okay, so..... ' the doctor said and looked at Me

I gave the 'Go on' face

' Okay, so, your twins, suffer from something but we will check this later. And the birth was really hard. The twins didn't want to come out and we had to or else the twins and your wife would die... ' The doctor said and I frowned a bit

' Then, there was only one thing to do. It was whether Your wife survives and your babe die. Or, its whether the twins survive and your wife dies........ ' the doctor said as I sat up and gasped

' Oh my god.... The twins are alive.... Does that mean Courtney is......? ' I said and began to panic

The doctors slowly nodded

I stood up. Gasping for air. No. My angel is not dead. No way.

I paced around the room, sweat developing on my forehead.

' Are you 100% sure that she is dead? ' I asked and looked at the doctor

The doctor nodded

My fists clenched. How am I going to live like this? How am I going to live without Courtney?!

I punched the wall and it made a massive crack.

' Please Mr, your wife was a hero. It was either one and she killed herself for her twins. ' the doctor said

My back slid down the wall until my bum hit the floor. I was in tears. Tears of Sadness, tears of anger.

I was wheezing by now. And the whole of my sleeve was set from all the tears.

' Please inform your friends and family members. They need to help you ' the doctor said as I nodded

I grabbed my phone and broke up in tears again as I saw my lock screen of me and Courtney kissing in our wedding day.

I wiped the tears as the new batch of tears clouded in my eyes again.

I looked at my contacts and tried to avoid Courtney's contact but broke up in tears again.

I wiped the tears again and then pressed on the contact that read

Emma😒😒😒

I clicked on it and then there was a few rings until she finally picked up

' Si! Omg! How is it going! ' she said

' Just please, come to the hospital and bring everybody with you ' I said and took a deep breath
