Chapter 13

Peter's POV

"Destiny, you're here. " , I said " You came back for me love? "

" I came to forgive and forget, I needed some time to think, but I managed on my own. " , she said

Destiny then walked up to me and pushed me aside.

" Hello Tinkerbell, I'm Destiny. " , she said as she helped Tink untie the ropes from the tree and patted her back to catch her breath.

" Are you okay? " , she asked

" I'm fine. " , said Tink

Destiny looked at me and they both started to whisper something, I knew it wasn't good because Destiny came over and grabbed the pixie dust from my hand and placed it in Tink's bag and then slapped me across my face.

I saw it coming anyway.

" I can see why you are hated Peter. It's because you treat everyone like crap even your own friends. I came back because I felt bad, but now I change my mind. You are nothing but a cruel, evil boy that is selfish...SELFISH! And now you expect me to forget everything I saw: you slapped her, you made fun of her, and you used her just so you could get some pixie dust. Ever heard of asking nicely, oh wait NO because you aren't nice. I thought you would change Peter maybe just a little mercy on them, but NO! Instead you tend to torture them. " , she said as tears flew down her cheek. " I trusted you Peter...but now you offically lost it. You are losing control of your dignity making others do your dirty work while you fly and go up to a stupid tree and think. Think about what Peter? Because last time I checked you don't care nor love anyone. I can see that I'm a mistake and a joke to you, so don't expect any kisses goodnight, because I'm leaving for good. "

Destiny then started to walk away angrily towards the beach and I had to catch up with her.

" Destiny, I'm sorry " , I said

" Too late. " , she said

As I saw her walk into the sand and saw my shadow waiting for her.

" How dare you betray me like this? " , I asked my shadow

It didn't speak but pointed to Destiny as I could recall the moment I said " take them if they are a girl, that I didn't care. "

" You can't just leave Neverland! I say who goes and go stays and you are staying" , I hollered

" You wanted me to go the first time. " , she said " So it's my decision to leave and if you want to stop me then go ahead. "

I looked at her as I clenched my first together with anger, but stopped as I saw her tears flowing.

" You don't want to leave, do you? ", I asked

" Peter, you crossed the line. First I was a mistake and now I'm a joke. You were right Peter, nobody could ever love a monster like you! NOBODY! I fell for you, but now I'm back up on my feet leaving. " , she said

" Destiny... " , I mumbled

" But the truth is Peter is that I love you and I know you could never love me nor care for me. " , she said " It's best if I leave. "

I looked at her as she walked over and kissed me on the cheek. I could feel tears slipping away as I looked at Destiny waving goodbye and soon the shadow lifted her up and they flew away back to her home.

I lost her.

I lost the only person that I loved and cared for, but I was too greedy to show it.

I regretted everything now and soon felt guilt rise in my blood.

She got away.

Leaving me a broken heart.
