Chapter 10

Destiny's POV

" I'm evil Destiny. I can never be good. I won't change no matter how many times you try it won't work. I'm the real Peter Pan, not the one in stories. " , he said

" Peter I..." , I trailed off

" I can't Destiny. I'm the not the person to be with. I'm not the hero like you want me too. " , he shook his head.

I looked at him. We both stood up as I put my hand on his shoulder.

" You don't have to be the hero Peter. I understand that you are you and I won't change it, but I wish you would let me trust you, because I do. ", I said cupped his cheeks.

He looked at me and held my hands.

" Peter... I-I-I. " , I stuttered

But soon I felt Peter's lips on mine. We kissed and kissed as I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held my waist. Then we broke away.

" I love you too Destiny. " , he said

" I will always love you Peter. Hero or no hero, I still love you and care for you. You aren't alone. " , I said softly.

I saw a tear slid down his rosy cheeks and we hugged for a while.

Peter's POV

I hugged her and could feel this emotion

This love emotion.

I found my weakness.

But it didn't matter anymore.

I felt loved.

I guess we had more in common than I thought. I decided to carry her in bridal style before making my way back to the camp. I dropped her off and I saw as the lost boys put the piles of fish baskets aside.

" I see we got lots of fishes. " , I nodded

" Yes Pan. " , they replied

" Good job boys, now let's cook some and eat. " , I hollered.

The boys made noises and soon it was a feast to be. The fishes were gone by then and I played some music from my pipe letting the boys dance around the bonfire. They hollered and screamed their hearts out and I saw as Destiny was pulled along by Toddles as she joined along.

I guess who those who were lost could see the music.

I never knew one of them would be a girl.

I saw Destiny dancing around the fire happily. I knew it was risky having a girl here on Neverland, but she was different than any other girl. I couldn't believe she acually loved me, I mean I know I'm handsome and charming, but usually that just annoys some others. I didn't know what it was, but I felt something with Destiny, something special.

I knew she was my weakness apparently she found my soft side, but I had to keep an eye on her.

I then stopped playing the music and the night ended for the boys. I then saw Destiny as she gathered the lost boys to finish her story. I was going to hear it, but Felix stopped me.

" Pan, we need to talk. " , he said as we sat down on a log away from the rest.

" What happened? " , I asked

" Pan, I'm worried about you. You lately have been with Destiny a lot and since then you seemed to change slowly. It's like when she is around your face turns red and stuff. " , he pointed out.

" I'm not changing Felix. I just have to keep an eye out for her. That's all. " , I said as I got up to leave.

" I know you Peter Pan. We have been mates ever since you found me. I know you are hiding something from me. " , he said

" I'm not hiding anything. " , I gritted my teeth.

" Then why are you hanging around her? She shouldn't be here Peter Pan. She doesn't belong here. She has no purpose her on Neverland anyway. I tried to be nice about it, but it has to stop. She has a life outside of Neverland. Let her go home and we can get a new boy. She already has played with your mind. " , he stated.

" I call the shots when it comes to who leaves and who stays in Neverland. " , I said sternly.

" Them why is she staying? I don't want to agrue with you, but you taught me everything that I need to know about life. That girls don't belong in Neverland. I look up to you and the boys look up to you. Are you really going to risk everything for a girl that already has a life? She is a mistake Pan. A mistake and you have to fix it! " he said. " You are Peter Pan that doesn't love nor care about anyone. That is the Peter Pan I know. " , Felix nodded.

He hit me with those words as they slithered into my mind. Felix was right I had to take her back, but I didn't want to hurt her, but it was already too late.

" Destiny, you can come out now. " , I sighed

I turned to see Destiny pop out of a bush nearby and her eyes were streaming down with tears.

" So I'm a mistake huh? " , she said. " Well I'm sorry if I risked anything. I didn't know. " , she said trying to control her tears.

" Destiny I..." , I trailed off
" I heard enough Peter and you know Felix is right. I don't belong here. Thanks for reminding me, Felix. " , she said as she escaped into the dark woods.

" Destiny! Destiny! Destiny!" , I hollered, but no response.

She is gone.

I looked at Felix with my narrowed eyes and threw him against a tree grabbing his throat.

" You better hope that I find her, because if I don't guess who will be choking on their words. " , I threatened him

He struggled to speak, but nodded. I let go of him letting him drop to the ground and then I disappeared to find Destiny.
