Never more,
Sings the sea
It's foamy face rearing its hand
Storm and turmoil
Like the heart it conceals so far belowThe tower
Once colored like the morning dawn
Now gone, now nothing
But the color of despair.Waves beat at it from below
It totters in the windy blows
Hope stripped from love
No light shines from above
To light it's face once moreNever more,
Sing the spirits inside
Who kissed and danced like butterflies
But now wail in pain and sing of death
Waiting for the sea to release its icy gripDown goes the traveler in the white hands of salt
Down goes the village around the black tower's shelf
Down goes the hopes and dreams trapped in its evening dusk walls
Nay a hero in sight to save the souls blight. So who now sings of the morning dawns rays,
Who are now gone in the sea's deadly waves?
The wind whispers in the night breeze
Of a kingdom that once stood proud
But fell in the seas gaze
And is now the color of death,
Never more.
