It was a Saturday morning and birds were singing. I woke up with a smile on my face because today was my date with Blake. First I ate breakfast then got ready to go shopping. Elizabeth, August, and Annabeth went with me. We went to a whole bunch of stores then finally found me the perfect dress and shoes for my date. It is black short dress with a silver belt and silver high hills.
"It is so pretty," Elizabeth said.
"Blake's going to love it," Annabeth said.
"It don't matter," August said.
"Thanks, kinda," I said. When I got home I took a long warm shower, curled my hair and pulled it back, and put on my dress. He was coming to pick me up at 6 sharp. Before he got here I put on my silver shoes and my pink jacket that came about the length of dress. When he got here I answered the door. My parents weren't home anyways.
"Wow, you look gorgeous," he said as I opened the door slowly.
"Thanks," I said blushing. I grabbed my purse before we left. We rode in his black truck. I don't know what kind of truck it was. We first went to the movies and watched a chick flick. I don't think he liked it. While we were watching the movie he slowly reached over and held my hand. My face turned as red as a tomato. After the movie we went to a fancy restaurant.
"Do you like the food," he said.
"It's wonderful, thank you," I said.
"Your welcome," he said. "Tell me a little bit about yourself."
"Well, my parents died when I was three," I said. I went on telling him stuff about myself. "Enough about me what about you," I said.
"Well there's not really anything interesting about me," he said.
"Please," I said.
"Ok well my parents died when I was seven if it makes you feel better," he said.
"I'm sorry," I said.
"It's ok things happen for a reason right," he said.
"Yeah I guess," I said. After we finished our food he drove me home. When we got up to my door we stood silent for a moment.
"So.....," I said.
"So......," he said.
"Goodnight I guess," I said.
"No wait," he said as he reached over and kissed me on the lips.
"What was that for," I said.
"I just felt like it," he said. After that he drove home and I went inside and I screamed happily when I got inside. After that I went to bed and slept amazingly. If you like this chapter comment. Thank you.
