*Dans POV*
last night was a long night, I didn't really get much sleep. I couldn't stop thinking about what Phil had said, or at least what I think he said. I decided to get up early and make breakfast for us both, I made crapes because who doesn't love crapes. It took forever and it was a real mess. Once I was done I cleaned up and woke him up.
"this is soooo good Dan, who knew you could cook!" "haha thank you." "so, what did you have planned for today?" "well I thought we could go to the mall and look around, then we could stop and get lunch or something. "sounds fun, just let me finish up here" "ok"
We walked around for a bit and after about 3 hours we were both pretty hungry. We agreed on Wimpy. We got our table and I went to go get the food. While I was up there I could only think about last night. Its possible he said it but I think it was all in my head. we had known each other for a while and if I ask him it might ruin the friendship. No, I'm done being a wimp, after we finish our food ill ask him, at home.
*1 hour later, at home*
We were both on our laptops and I still hadn't asked him. Come on Dan, you cant wimp out..okay, I'm gonna do it "Hey Phil can I talk to you?" "sure Dan, what's up?" ok here goes nothing "we've known each other for a long time, and over that time I started to have feelings for you" his smile went away and his eyes were wide, more of a shocked expression, I closed my eyes and asked him "Phil what I'm trying to ask is would you maybe go out with me?" there was nothing but silence. I got scared, but then opened my eyes to see a smiling Phil Lester. I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding and suddenly Phil jumped on me and started laughing " yes Dan" at that point I didn't know what to do I was just so excited I kissed him, he of course kissed me back and I could feel him smiling. well that wasn't so bad now was it.
That night we ended up sleeping in his room. Although I could barely sleep given the fact he said yes so I just looked at him...in a non creepy way.
