Christian stuck the key into the lock and swung the door open.

"Mi casa," he said as we walked inside.

It was even warmer in here and it smelled nice.

"You can go take a shower if you want. The bathroom is down the hall and to the left."

I followed his directions, stripped out of all my wet clothes and eagerly hopped in the shower.

It want until I was halfway through washing my hair that I realized I didn't have any other clothes.

"Goddamn it."

I always think about things after I do them.

When I was finally done showering, I stepped out of the shower and looked to see neatly folded clothes on the toilet seat.

"What the..."

My previously soaked underwear were now dry and smelling faintly of Downy, a big tee shirt and some sweatpants, which I assumed were Christian's, lay next to them.

Huh. So he wasn't  a total asshole.

After putting the clothes on, I swung open the door and walked right into Christian.

"Hey there Blue," he said with a smile.

I surprised myself by smiling back up a him.

"Hello there, Christian."

"Dammit."

I smiled to myself as I tied up my still wet hair.

"So what do you want to do, Blue? I have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime."

"Why do you need all three?"

He sighed.

"Let's just say my mom was worried about me getting bored."

I laughed. I've met Ms. Collins before and I adored her. I don't know where her son came from.

The theme song to Friends began to play and i instantly knew it was my phone.

I rummage through my bag to find the most expensive thing I owned, my rose-gold iPhone 6s.

"You really need to pick a new ringtone," I told my best friend Eva.

"Happy Valentines Day, bestie. Guess what Blake bought me?"

Blake was my older brother. Since Eva looked like a fucking model, he didn't seem to care about the age difference. He was only two years older. And they've been together for a year now.

"What?"

"A ring!!"

"An engagement ring?"

"Hell no. A promise ring, you dimwit."

"That's a relief. What else did you guys do?"

"Well since you asked, he bought me some chocolate and roses and one big present."

"Was that the ring?"

"Nope."

I could almost feel the smirk in her voice and I instantly knew what she was talking about.

"Ew. Eva gross. That's still my brother."

She giggled. "Sorry. What about you bestie? What are you doing this Valentines Day?"

"Well after getting completely soaked trying to catch the bus, guess who showed up to rescue me?"

"Superman?"
