We finally arrive at the clan I'm so scared they will smell the house cat on me. As I stand in between stoneclaw and rockshadows. Everyone is so scary looking.
We walk over to a big rock stoneclaw stands on it and shouts to all the cats to come to a meeting. I hide under rockshadows as they all come running.
"everycat we have a new apprentice, a she-cat" stoneclaw stands tall and says. I slowly move out from rockshadows. I look around everycat was so scary looking and the kits all were pitting and scratching each other.
"what's her name?" an old cat shouted
"Midnightstar" I say in a scared voice Loud enough for rockshadows to hear.
"Midnightpaw" rockshadows shouted then leans down.
"when you become a warrior you will go by that name then you will become a star." he whispers in my ear so softly it makes me think of my dad.
"rockshadows will train her" stoneclaw says out loud.
I turn to face rockshadows and we touch noises. My dad cames back on my mind. This is hurting me so much but this is where I need to be. Everycat walks away after that as stoneclaw jumps off the rock.
Rockshadows shows me around the camp as the sun goes down and the moon starts to rise he takes me to have stuff to eat.
"food here is hard to find so we spend all day hunting" he says as he lays a mouse in front of me.
"okay thank you" I say looking at the mouse. I remember when GG got me a mouse. I bit into it and only ate half of it before I sew a sick old cat I walked over and gave it to him. He thanked me. I felt good but scared to talk, I walk away trying to be happy.
I slowly head off to the apprentice den and laid down in a corner on soft untouched grass. I lay with my eyes closed and lesson to everything.
"darkpaw look. she's so tiny for an apprentice why would she be let into the clan nevertheless become a warrior." a she-cat spits.
"dirtypaw you are so right" a male cat replied
"size doesn't matter" I hiss lifting my head up in defense.
"go back to sleep midnight outcast." dirtypaw snapped
I felt an uneasy memo come over me.
They lay there asleep. The night has me uneasy, I miss my dad, GG and I really won't someone to care for me.
I slowly walk out of the Den and in to th middle of the clans camp.
I walk over to stoneclaw's Den.
"what are you doing here? Get to your den and stay away when I am trying to sleep" he yells scaring me.
"Sorry I can't sleep and i got scared" I say near crying and run out. I follow my noise and found rockshadows asleep. I slowly lay down cuddling up to him. He opens one eye then closes it with a smile as he moves his ever so soft fluffy tail over me.
The next morning everycat yelled at me for I upset stoneclaw and slept in the warrior den. I don't do anything rockshadows took me away to start my training.
