At night, mom walked into my room . She told me that dad got a new job , and we have to move to California in 2 weeks.
I was like : Oh my god ! What is she saying ? Is she joking ? But she looked serious . She said she's going to let me think about it , but obviously i had no choice !!!😟
Like every day i had my morning shower. But unlike everyday I didn't want to have breakfast, not even my mum's yummy pancakes .
At school, i told Katie about us moving and And so on ! She was so shocked !
The bell rang , all day I couldn't concentrate .
I never thought that someday , we'll move.
Cali , is a big city, but i love Virginia , i loved the beach and the golden sand ,
every place there reminded me of my golden childhood.
Two weeks passed , and today we are throwing a farewell party in the neighbourhood . Katie came and she gave a small neatly wrapped box with a pink ribbon . i opened it : it was a silver charm bracelet , she wore one too .
It was beautiful i promised her that i will always wear and always remember her : We were always going to stay best friends forever !
