Ace had just gone to sleep, so the seventh Doctor decided to go on a little adventure on his own. While deciding on a place to go, the Tardis took off going to a place unknown to the Doctor. The Tardis finally lands, and he looks on the screen.
"Demons Run. That sounds like an interesting place. I don't think I've been there before. Mine as well take a look."
The Doctor grabs his umbrella and waltzes out of the Tardis. He is met by several armed guards surrounding him and the Tardis.
"What kind of mess have you gotten me in to now, hmmm?" The Doctor whispered to the Tardis. "Keep Ace safe," he said locking the Tardis doors.
"Stay silent," the leader commanded, "Only speak when spoken to, and at all times keep your eyes down while in the presence of Madame Kovarian."
He was lead into a dark room with lots of computer screens. They locked the door behind him.
"Doctor," a voice called from the shadows.
"So you must be Madame Kovarian. I have some questions, but first why don't you come so I can see you."
"I ask the questions here Doctor," She said as she slowly came into the light.
At first sight she was beautiful, and mysterious. A mystery the Doctor was compelled to unravel. He found himself slowly falling in love with her. But he couldn't. No he had Ace to take care of. There was no time for love.
"What would you like to ask then madam?" The Doctor asked with his usual jolly laugh.
"How did you find us, and why do you look like, like that?" She said trying to seem disgusted, but failed, for she too was also slowly falling in love with him.
"I didn't "find" you. The Tardis brought me here. But I glad it did. Also I look like this because I do. What am I supposed to look like?"
"Well I'm glad to and to be honest I like this look much better. So you really don't know who I am or where you are then?"
"Nope. But I am hoping to get to know you much better. I really must get to my Tardis though."
"How about this I give you your Tardis, you stay for a little bit, and then leave and never come back."
"If that's what you want."
"Where are my manners. You must be hungry. How about dinner in an hour, my quarters. I'll send someone to get you."
With a tip of his had the Doctor left guided by one of the soldiers to his Tardis, swinging his umbrella along the way. An hour later a dressed up Doctor was headed to Madame Kovarian's quarters for dinner.
"Hello Doctor," Madame Kovarian said as the doctor walked in. She was wearing an all black dress that fit her curves just right. It's neckline low, barely covered her back, and with a slit in the skirt. She still had her eye patch on. For the first time the Doctor realized everyone but him was wearing one. He would have asked why too if he wasn't caught up in how beautiful she looked.
"Hello," the Doctor said nervously.
"Would you like to take a seat?"
The Doctor sits down at the end of the table closest to him.
"Why don't you sit a little closer?" Madame Kovarian asks seductively.
The Doctor slides a few chairs over right next to her. The meal comes. It is one of the finest meals the Doctor has had in quite awhile. There was 15 courses and 12 deserts. While the Doctor gorged himself Madame Kovarian ate very little and seemed content with just watched him eat.
After he was done she wiped of off her mouth with a napkin, grabbed the Doctor's hand, and led him to what looked like a small living room. Everything was black. Madame Kovarian sat down on the small love seat and motioned for the Doctor to sit beside her. They both just sat looking into each others eye/eyes try to figure out what the other was thinking and who they were. Finally the Doctor ended the silence.
"It was a lovely meal. Thank you."
"You're very welcome."
"Ummm.." The Doctor said not wanting to go into another period of silence. "Would, I mean could you, ummm..."
"Yes?"
"Would you like to travel the stars with me?" He knew it was a mistake as soon as he said it. Of course she couldn't come. She had all this to take care of. Also the Doctor didn't want to be in love again. The sooner he left the better.
"I'm so sorry Doctor but I can't."
"I see I shouldn't have asked in the first place."
"Doctor wait." Suddenly their lips collided. The Doctor squirmed at first but eventually got with the rhythm and pressed back harder. They stayed like that for several minutes until she stopped looking behind him.
"But I'm not done with him yet," she whined to what seemed to be thin air. The Doctor looked back but saw nothing. "I'm sorry Doctor but it's time to leave. And I'm sorry because one day you will hate me, and it breaks my heart."
Just as he was about to respond he found himself on the Tardis. He questioned it for a second as to how he got there but it left his mind as soon as he thought of Madame Kovarian. Finally a heartbroken Doctor pulled a lever and he was off on another adventure with his companion Ace.
