Open All Doors

the room upstairs

  I walk in and past the awful looking man. As i walk upstairs i hear the boards squeek under my feet. I was actually a little nurvous that the stairs would collapse under my feet. When i got upstairs i looked around, there was a small window in front of the stirs with a little peaked roof. Down a short hallway was two doors, one had a pice of paper that looked really old on it that said do not enter. The other door was slightly open, i looked in and there was a small bead in one corner and a window in the back just like the one in the hall. The ceiling was peaked and old. The walls were structurally good but the paint smelled like mold and it was chiped and peling in some places. The bed was probably the only thing that looked inviting. It had simple navy blue covers and white pillows with an interesting head board. I looked closer at it and it looked like there were scratch marks all over it. I guess they have a cat, i said reassuring myself that this life would be better. I unpack the few things that i brought. I walk around a little bit and found a closet. I put the few pairs of clothes i have in there. As im walking out of the closet to sit on the window sill i look out my window to a very inviting scene. It was kind of mis leading from the front, the house looked scary and dull but when i looked out that window there were rolling hills of grass that looked like gold in the sun. The sky looked huge, like it would go on for forever. I was so excited to see that this place looked like at night. I felt a cold chill run down my spine when i looked out the window agian. I quickly realized that what i was seeing out my windowwas the same thingthat i painted on my wall at the box. What? How could this be? I stumbled backwards and almost fell, but something cought me. Once i stood back up i looked behind me and i didnt even see anyone. There was no sign that anyone but me had been in the room. If there was no one here, how did I not fall? Just as I was contemplating this I looked down and saw that I was...levitating!
