Chapter Two

"Hi Tom, I came to pick up Rei." 

After the accident with Rei running into Tom's apartment, Tom has been taking care of Rei while I'm at work. Rei stays with Tom at his apartment while Tom works from home. They're in love with each other.

"Hi Y/N. Come on in." I walked into Tom's apartment and Rei was laying down on the couch. "Rei, mama is here." Tom says it patting Rei so he would notice me.

"Rei come here, honey." When he heard my voice he jumped from the couch and gave me he's greeting, the lick on the noise."I missed you too love."

"How was work?" Tom asks while giving me Rei's stuff.

"It was ok. When you work in the same floor with the boss, it's busier." I smiled at Tom while he handed me Rei's stuff.

"Look tired." Tom says while putting his hand on my chin and make me look at him. He's eyes were so clear and the smile was so bright.

"It's that obvious."I said with a small smile and blushing a little. 

"Yes it is. You need to relax. Why don't you go to your apartment take a shower come back and have dinner with me and Rei. I just finished cooking and I don't want to eat by myself." I looked at him all puzzled but I didn't refuse the invitation.

"Ok, I'll accept the invitation. I'll be back in twenty minutes." I left Tom's apartment, went to my apartment, jumped in the shower, spend additional ten minutes trying to figure what to wear. I didn't wanted to seem overdressed so I decided to wear boyfriend jeans with a white shirt, black flip flops , my hair was wet because I washed so I just let it be, it was a simple outfit.

"You're back." Tom said when he opened the door. Rei stayed with him while I went to shower. "We are having lasagna for dinner and a good bottle of red wine."

"That sounds good. But I can't drink too much, I have work tomorrow." Tom pushes the chair for me to sit on the dinner table.

"Don't worry , I won't get you drunk I promise. Rei already eat." He sits in front of me and pours a the wine into my glass.

"Thank you for taking care of him, it means a lot." I tried Tom's lasagna and it was great. "This is really good."

"Thank you and you're welcome. I love Rei, he's a sweetheart." Tom says looking at Rei, who is sleeping on the couch.

We spent dinner talking, listen to music, singing along, laughing, and Tom will tell me what he usually do with Rei during the day. Time past so fast, it was almost midnight.

"Look at the time. I have to go, it's almost midnight." I got up and went to wake up Rei. 

"Time flies. Are you sure you can't stay?" Tom says with a giggle. I know that he was joking.

"I have to wake up early for work. They are introducing a new boss and I have to be there early." I walked to the door with Rei.

"Alright, we can do this over the weekend. Before I forget I won't be able to take care of Rei tomorrow, I have to go to work." Tom pats Rei's head that is yawning.

"That's alright, I'll just come and check on him during lunch." I smiled. "Well goodnight Tom. Thank you for dinner it was delicious."

"You're welcome. Goodnight Y/N." Tom leans down and we are face to face. He leaves a wet kiss on my cheek and I leave his apartment with a big smile.

Everyone has just been running back and forth today, they're preparing the floor for the new boss that apparently I will be working with him for the next five projects. I just hope he is nice.

"Y/N, is everything ready in the office?" Chris asks. Chris is suppose to be the right hand of the new boss, well that's what I heard. When the boss is not here, he takes over the company until the boss gets back, so we can say he is a co-boss.

"Yes sir, everything is ready and in order." Chris has been a really nice to me. In the last few weeks we've been eating lunch together since Rei was staying with Tom and I didn't have to go home and check on Rei. He would keep me company during lunch.

"So lunch today?" He asks. When we are in the office, I like to be professional and call him sir or Mr. Hemsworth but when we are out eating lunch I call him by his name.

"I can't. I'm sorry. I have to go home and check on Rei today." I said to him leaving the office and going to my office to get some papers.

"Alright, how about we do dinner one of this days?" He says following me. Was he asking me out on a date?

"Like a date?" I ask him confuse.

"Sure, you and me. What do you say?" He follows me back to the boss's office with the papers.
"I don't know Chris... You know I don't like mixing work with my personal life." I said arranging the paper than looking at him.

"I know... But just tell me you'll think about it?" He gave me this bright smile. I have to admit that Chris is handsome hands down. Blonde hair, blue eyes, hot body, great smile and he looks so hot in suit. 

"Ok, I'll think about it." I said to him with a smile, he smiled back at me and someone came to tell us that the boss arrived.

I go back to my office because the new boss said he wanted to meet everyone one by one and that they will call me. After sometime the phone rings and it was Chris calling me down to go meet the new boss. I made my way to the boss's office, I knock on the door, I hear someone saying telling me to come in, I walked in and I couldn't believe.

"Hello Y/N." He says with a smirk. Tom was my new boss. He was in a freaking suit, a dark blue suit and he just looked so handsome. I usually see him with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt not a suit. I was speechless.

"Tom?" I managed to say. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"I wanted to surprise you." He laughed.

"Well this was a surprise for sure." I smiled back at him. "Well Mr. Hiddleston, I'm Y/FN Y/LN and I'll be working with you for the next five projects. I hope with get along." I laughed with the statement I just made.

"It's pleasure Miss Y/LN." Tom walks towards me and shakes my hand with that bright smile that I love.
