Faye woke up to the sound of her alarm blaring. You know the old digital kind? She knew it was out of style but it was the only way she could ever wake up. She smacked the top of the alarm and awoke.
"I wish I could relive my summer again..." Faye mumbled and rolled off her bed. School was the thing she hated but loved at the same time. Faye was a fairly smart kid and was kind of an outcast at her old middle school. She hopes that changes this year. Faye rummaged through her closet and grabbed some sweat pants, her usual feminine attire and a plain white shirt. She wasn't really the type to dress for success as they say.
She hurried and grabbed everything else she needed and went to the bathroom. She turned the hot shower water because she absolutely loved hot showers. Faye undressed and hopped into the shower and cleaned herself thoroughly and washed her hair as well.
30 Minutes Later
Faye gets out of the shower and dries off. She gets dressed in the bathroom and puts her PJ's in the dirty clothes hamper. "Time to go to hell..." She murmured softly while letting out a sigh. Faye was never the type to get excited over school in fact she loves staying home more than anything. She hurried up and tied her vans and grabbed her bag and headphones. 'Time for some old Carter.' She said in her head and played Do it again By Lil Wayne. She smiled and walked out the door and walked to school. Her first day almost nearly started. At School.
When she arrived at the school she pulled out her schedule and since she was early she went to each one of the rooms. She loved how she had Art and Gym, those were basically the classes she loved the most.
"I wonder what time lunch is, It's not on here." Faye said as she skimed over the schedule again. "Maybe I should ask someone." She walked around looking for the main office. She grabbed the handle and opened the door. "It feels so nice and smells fresh in here." She thought in her head as she walked towards a desk.
"U-um excuse me?" Faye said to the woman behind the desk. She didn't want to be too loud because the woman was on the phone."Hold on..." She said to the person on the phone and looked at Faye "Yes? How may I help you?" The woman said.
"Well I was wondering when lunch was." Faye responded.
"You have lunch corresponding to what class you have 4th period." The woman exclaimed.
"Alright thanks." Faye said and walked out.
Faye didn't like waiting to know things, she was always one who wanted to know things now. High school was a little more technical than she knew. She'll just have to survive through it. Faye walked to the lunch room and looked around. "They don't even serve breakfast here what the hell..." Faye said furiously under her breath. She turned her music back up and walked to her 1st bell class. Science was her first period and she walked in but no teacher was there. She got settled in and sat in a chair. "I hope I'm not sitting next to some weird guys..." She mumbled. School started at 8am but right now it's 7:08am. She didn't want to wait that long especially without breakfast.
Faye got on YouTube and watched a couple videos. They were slightly long but kept her occupied. Something got her attention as a weird guy sat in the seat beside her. He was tall, brown haired and fair skinned."Excuse me," The boy said to her.
"Um yes?" Faye said as she took out her headphones.
"Do you know where the teacher is?" He said with a concerned look.
"No, no I don't know?" She responded.
"Oh... well thanks anyway." He put his books down and walked out of the classroom.
'Whats his problem?' She said in her head as she watched him walk out.
