My name is Mable Marie Greenwood. I live in a small town in California with my Mom, Nadia Greenwood, and my grandma, Ivy Reddington. We just moved here from Pennsylvania, about a month ago. Most people would miss their family and friends but my mom and grandma are the only family I have left and for friends, I didn't really have any close friends, I just had people who I could socialize with. Anyways, I was writing this down to tell you about something very exciting, I had my very first conversation with someone I don't know here in California today!! For most people this wouldn't be much of an accomplishment because for them talking comes easy, but coming from a person who has extreme social anxiety I feel that talking in it's own is an accomplishment itself.
His name is Corbyn. He is very tall, and extremely attractive, and works at Momma's Muffins. Everyday when I go to get my muffins he is there and already has them made, boxed, and ready to go. He makes my tea just how I like it, hot green tea with a slice of lemon and one ice cube. He always smiles and says good morning, and is very polite. I always look forward to seeing him in the morning. I wish I could talk to him, every time I try to my mind takes off and I can't think and end up saying something stupid. I want to introduce myself. I am going to one of these days, maybe one day I could introduce him to my mother and grandmother. But that's only if I ever gain enough courage to even say hello.
