Zara and the curse of the black crystals

Chapter.3 The secrets from the past

Zara woke up terrified.Her heart was beating so fast and she couldn't breathe.Every day the same thing after the day her parents died...She had again the same nightmare from the day her parents died.She saw again that evil witch killing her parents and then leave..Then she saw some books in a place like a library and at that part she always woke up.She somehow knew the books must hide something...That day was the 15day of her parents death..Two weeks had already passed and Zara couldn't believe it...Of course she was the queen she had to fix the palace after all the disaster the witch had made..Zara find the best architects and they made amazing work...They rebuilt the whole palace only that time they made it much bigger with much more rooms decorated with beautiful and expensive paintings..The made also the hallways larger and "dressed" them with big red carpet and made a huge fireplace in the living that made the atmosphere warmer..Although the decor was too dark because they were not many chandeliers only a huge one in the living room.Zara was sitting in her imposing throne that was made in gold with red diamonds all over it..She was dressed in black because of her parents death..Her dress was very long and it was well-made and very expensive with little diamonds on top.She had her hair straight and down to hide her sad face..She was crying again because she loved them...Her tears roll down from her face to her beautiful necklace with small black crystals she found in her mother's mirror..She was thinking all the time for that books from her nightmare..She had to find them..So after her breakfast she went to her library in the north part of her palace..The palace was so big she hadn't visit that part of the palace before..When she finally was at the library she started looking for old books with black covers..After a while she got tired of searching the books because she couldn't find anything ...Suddenly she started feeling dizzy and fell down to the ground near and old and dusty statue..Then when she started to feel better and got up she saw that a hidden door in the library had opened.Zara walk into that door and entered a room ,small with not many things,just a big table and some old books ,there were so dusty and dirty that Zara couldn't see their covers..She also saw two photos of a woman on the table.She didn't knew that woman...Her hair were black like Zara's and she had big green eyes..Zara took one the photos to look at it closely and she threw an old black book that was on the top of the books on the table.The book fell on the floor.She took it because that book was the one that she saw in her dreams.When she opened it she found an envelop inside and she started reading the letter that was inside.."Dear Lara,i loved you but now we can't continue anymore,our relationship must end before it is too late...If they found about us I will lose my throne..I will always remember you,please forgive me but i can't be with you especially now because my daughter will be born from my real wife"...Zara burst into tears...She couldn;t believe that her beloved father turned to be a liar and have a secret relationship with an other woman!!!She tried to find more about that woman ,but she didn't find anything at all..She stared felling dizzy again and she felt on the ground...The next mornig she woke up in her bed...A servant entered the room and told to her that brakfast was ready..She wondered if she was dreaming about all the stuff she did last night,the book,the letter all that,so she asked the servant and she told her that he found her on the floor of the library last night..Zara started crying again..She was secretly hopping all that was jast a dream..
