prologue:
The morning sunshine blinds me and my partner awake. We look at each other, glad we are both still human. We’re not something mythical and amazing. We are not vampires, were wolves, zombies or whatever, we are genetically failed mutations of a secret Australian cooperation. Me and my partner cannot remember much but we both know the general idea of how we became so twisted and different. We aren’t different right now. We both look normal, I have long flowing brown hair and blue eyes, no obvious scars or cuts. My partner is the same normal at the moment, only he has short black hair and green eyes.
It’s a complicated story. We started as recruits in a war, a rather pointless war. We were taken off our team as the best male and female fighters. Feeling rather full of ourselves at the high compliment we received, we agreed to an illegal human experimentation. It hadn’t been tested but they were absolutely positive that it would work and we would be stronger and powerful than anyone in the world. We were going to be indestructible. Too bad it worked out too well. As the liquid was injected we felt our bodies change. We felt our hearts jump and we felt ourselves hiding in the back of our monster. As the monster tore and destroyed millions of people and things, it felt like we were watching a movie, inside our own bodies.
When we finelly came round we were naked and lying in the middle of a huge park. I saw the destruction all around us and was shattered by what we had done. I could see in Joe's eyes he had the same feeling i had and like him it was hard to wipe the memories of what we had done in our minds.
It seemed like a long time before we could try and control the moster inside us. We felt like there was something underneith that belonged out here much more than we belonged walking around and having a peaceful life.
And thats basically whats happened so far. Joe and I are still going, still trying, we are hiding now. We are hiding in case the people who "MADE" us come to correct their mistake.
