Carter's P.O.V

"So dad" I say and he looks up from his pizza, yep I got everything from him, "When are you getting married?" I ask and he smiles probably happy I do give a little interest at his love life, I'm only asking because I know the food is going to be awesome on the wedding so I wanna know when is the big buffet... I mean wedding.

"at the end of summer vacation" He says before taking a bite from his pizza, I nod and eat too.

"So you and those boys?, they are not giving you any trouble, right?" He asks and I laugh while shaking my head as 'no'.

"Don't worry, I have a black belt on Karate for a reason" I smirk and he chuckles.

"Yeah I know but you are the only girl on that house, I don't want them to take advantage of you" He says and I could feel his concern, after all he is my dad of course he is concerned but there is nothing to worry about, maybe I should say out loud, yeah..

"There is nothing to worry about" I say as I take another bite of my third slice of pizza, heaven !!

"Okay but I have noticed three boys with an eye on you" He says and I choke on my own food.

"Dad, please let's not talk about that" I say as I take a sip of my Sprite, when I call him dad means that I'm being serious, I don't wanna talk about that because there is nothing to talk about.

"Okay. By the way, Stefanie is taking you shopping later." He says before he gets up and leaves the kitchen, he said what now ?!!

"But I thought you already know me by my dad's description" I groan at Stefanie and she chuckles, I can't believe I believed her when she said we are going to this awesome new arcade they are opening, how could i not see trough that? I mean I know everything about the whole arcades and new ones on our area, damn it.

"Don't worry, we'll do something real fun after this" She says as she drags me into TOP-SHOP, I think, eh all the stores are the same for me.

"What? are we getting our nails done?" I say in the most girly voice I can and almost throw up while doing it.

"Yes we are" Why I have a feeling she is not joking?... and I thought I could like her, she goes to the most horrific section, the dresses section, and leaves me alone, not complaining at all, I might go to some real arcade while she tries clothes, I know it would take her lot of time so I have time to do that and come back.

"Hey are you Carter?" A girl that looks like she is 14 years old asks me.

"It depends on who is asking" I say and she chuckles.

"I'm Valerie, I'm a huge fan of One Direction" She says as she smiles widely. Not trying to be rude but what does she wants from me? and how does she know my name? I should really ask out loud and stop thinking too much.

"Okay, hmm... how do you know my name?" I cock an eyebrow at her.

"Like I said, I'm a huge One Direction fan so I know almost everything about them besides their numbers" She sighs at the last part and I suddenly feel a little uncomfortable, she knows everything about them? she is a stalker? creepy...

"I still don't understand the connection between them and I" I say honestly.

"You are funny but you can't trick me, I know you are dating Zayn" She says and my eyes open wide, what's that? I'm dating who now?

"No, I'm not" I say and she smirks. Creepy.

"There is pictures of you together and holding hands"

"Just because there is picture of us together it doesn't mean we are dating and the holding hands thing was.... wait when are we holding hand?" I ask, they couldn't possibly took picture of us inside the building, I'm pretty sure we would have noticed, even tho we didn't noticed at the park, oh right the park, when I took his hand to speed him up because he runs so slow !!

"This ones" She shows me the pictures on her phone and I sigh, when I see they took them when we were on the tree and basically everywhere besides inside one of the booths of the london's eye and inside the building.

"We are not together" I say and she sighs.

"Ow, you are cute together tho" She says and I make a throwing up face.

"I'm gonna go now" I say and she nods, okay I'm gonna kill that boy.

"Who was that friend of yours?" Stefanie asks and I scrunch my nose up.

"Not a friend, some fan of the idiots" I say and she chuckles, I look at her hands and see them full with clothes, okay I have a feeling there won't be enough money for food.

"Let's put some of this clothes back to wherever they were, we need the rest of the money for food" I say making her laugh.

"Don't worry, I have it all covered" She winks at me and I just nod not knowing what else to do.

"Have you find something you like?" She asks and I shake my head as 'no'.

"Then go find something" She playfully rolls her eyes, "First girl that I meet that doesn't like shopping" She says and I shrug, eh.

I walk around the store while she goes and tries the clothes she have took when my phone rings.

*Wannabe cool* Liam?.. oh remember when I had no idea where Liam was the other time apparently he went to visit his family and he told me but I forgot about it.

"This user is not available right now, leave an hamburger after the beep..." I say faking one of those automatic voices as I try to hold my laugh, I'm such a dork.

"Damn it Carter pick u... oh wait" He says and I burst into laughing.

"And I thought you were the smart one" I say and I could imagine glaring at me.

"Anyways, I was calling to tell you that we are all going to bowling and we were wondering if you wanted to come along" He says and I think about it for a second, I would be able to ditch this dreadful mall and go do something that I like, yeah, cool.

"Sure, come pick me up" I say and he says a simple 'okay' and 'bye', I hang up and march happily over at Stefanie, I feel bad for ditching her but I just can't stand shopping.

"Found something you like?" She asks as she admires the black dress she is wearing.

"Yes, bowling" I smile and she looks over at me confused.

"Sorry but I just remembered I planned to go with the idiots bowling so yeah.. sorry" I lie, of course.

"Oh, it's okay, we can do this another time" She smiles and I nod, no way she'll trick me again.

Bowling here I come and I have a feeling I'm gonna be kicking some asses.
