Chapter Four: YouNow and Twitter

After Dan talked to the police officer, he went into the house. All left was Memories. He didn't even know how to tell the fans. Or his and Phil's family. He figured he would tell Phil's family first.

Dan dialled Phil's mum's number. No answer. So, Dan left a voicemail.

"Hello. I just wanted to break some news to you. Be prepared, because it's not the best news...."

Dan stops for a second. Takes a deep breath, and exhaled.

"Phil is dead. He was murdered about an hour ago. I figured I would let you know before I tell the fans. If you can give me a call back, that would be good. Thank you Mrs. Lester."

After Dan hung up, he released another emotional cry. He has to tell the fans.. He has to. So, he went on Twitter and tweeted

"Going to be live streaming on YouNow.. be prepared.."

Notifications on Dan's phone were exploding...

"Are you okay Dan? What's wrong?"

And Dan knew, Dan knew he wasn't okay. That's when he went in the bathroom, and did something he didn't usually do. He felt urges. The demon inside him won. Dan grabbed the closest razor, and sliced his right wrist. He instantly regretted it. So, after that, he went into his room, grabbed a bandage, put on a long sleeve shirt, and started his YouNow.

"You're probably wondering what I tweeted about. And honestly, I'm done. I don't k ow what to do. Well, here it goes... Phil.. is dead..."

Comments on YouNow were full of comments like
"RIP Phil 💜🙏"

Dan cried in front of his fans. How could he even believe this was real?
