I stepped out the taxi paying the guy before he sped off. It was super early in the morning and I was tired for the long flight from London but it was supposed to be my first day at my new school. In front of me was my new home for the next year or so, it was a simple Japanese house with two floors. I unlocked the door with the keys I'd been sent and decided to explore my new home. It was quite small. Downstairs there was a small living room and a kitchen with the table in the middle. I'd never been a good cook but I guess I was going to have to learn, not that I eat much. Upstairs there was just a bedroom and bathroom, I decided to take a shower before going to school because the plane had been quite stuffy.
After the shower I grabbed my jeans and fall out boy shirt making sure to wear a long sleeved top under it to hide my scars, I didn't need people asking questions. There wasn't a uniform policy so I could wear what I wanted. I grabbed my bag and shoved my sketch book into it. I liked drawing, I found it a way to escape from reality. I might need it if things go wrong today. I hoping they don't but you never know. I made way out locking the door behind me and heading to my new school.
Soon I arrived at the school, thankfully I had the post code for the school so maps on my phone took me right to front gate. This was it, no turning back now. I headed to reception first.
"Hello, I'm new and I was told to come to reception to get my class schedule," I smiled nervously.
"What's your name?" The lady asked sweetly.
"Sky, Sky Scott," I said quietly.
"Ah yes, here's you welcome pack. It has all the information you'll need, it has your class schedule and a map in case you get lost," The lady smiled handing over the welcome pack.
"That you very much," I smiled bowing my head slightly. I looked at my schedule to see my first class was in room 10, I checked my map to see that it was on the second floor. I started heading towards the stairs when the bell rang. Shit, I was going to be late. I ran up the stair and found my classroom. I knocked on the classroom door.
"Come in," A male voice commanded. I quietly entered the classroom.
"I'm sorry I'm late Sir," I apologised bowing.
"Ah you must be our new student. It's understandable. Would you like to introduce yourself to the class?" The teacher smiled motioning for me to stand next to him.
"Ummm... Sure. I'm Sky Scott and I'm from England," I smiled nervously at the sea of faces in front of me.
"Splendid, now Sky would you please take a seat," The teacher said. The only seat left was one at the back of the class which I was fine with. The teacher started talking about some book, I grabbed my sketchbook and started drawing.
After a long morning the bell went signalling lunch. Before I could even blink two desks where rammed into either side of mine.
"Hey I'm Hino Hinata," A tanned girl with brown hair and brown eyes smiled at me from my right.
"Hi, I'm Mao Nonosaka," A girl with long purple hair and green eyes smiled at me from my left.
"Can we have lunch with you?" Hino asked her brown eyes shining.
"S-sure," I replied, not that I had much choice, they'd cornered me.
"Great!" Hino smiled sitting down next to me and pulling out her lunch box and placing it on the desk.
"So what's it like in England?" Mao asked stabbing her juice box with a straw.
"Cold and wet 95% of the time," I replied turning back to my sketchbook, it had been a long time since I'd had an actual conversation with someone my age so I had kinda forgotten social norms.
"You draw?" Hino asked in shock peering at my sketchbook.
"Um yeah," I muttered as Hino grabbed my sketchbook. Mao ran round to look at them with her.
"These are amazing," Hino whispered in disbelief. As they were oohing and ahhing over my sketchbook I caught a girl with pink hair and pink eyes staring at me from her seat close to the front. We held eye contact for a full 10 seconds before she realised I'd caught her, at that she blushed before turning towards the front and her phone on the desk. I suddenly realised that Mao and Hino were now staring at me as if I had two heads.
"What?" I asked suddenly becoming self-conscious.
"Um...nothing," Hino replied looking worried.
"What!" I repeated clenching my fists trying to calm myself down.
"Hino, you've worked her up," Mao scolded, "I'm sorry, honestly it's not you," Mao paused, "It's her," She nodded towards the pink-haired girl.
"Who is she?" I asked now calm as well as curious.
"Her name is Yuno Gasai." Hino spoke quietly. "Be careful around her." That was all that was said about the mysterious Yuno. Although given the warning I wanted to know more about her, but then again she looks too bright and bubbly for me.
Yuno's POV
It's been hard since Yuki left me but I must move on no matter how much I love him. I now know he doesn't love me. I know that next time they will love me no matter what. They will worship me as I worship them. It doesn't help that Yuki, Akise, Hino and Mao are all in my class. I pull out my phone that contained my dairy, it's been blank ever since Yuki left, obviously because I have no future love. My thoughts were distracted by the teacher walking in.
"Good morning everyone," The teacher beamed, god I wanted to rip that smile off his face but I didn't really have the motivation to do that just now. Suddenly there was a knock at the door, with that my phone also went off. Sir glared at me so I quickly pocketed my phone.
"Come in," Sir commanded and with that a tall, skinny, pale girl walked in. She had Raven hair and brown eyes. She was wearing all black which made her look even paler. She was simply stunning.
"Ummm... Sure. I'm Sky Scott and I'm from England," The girl smiled breaking me from my thoughts. Oh Sky, you are so mystical. She was then told to take a seat unfortunately her seat was at the back but she passed by me on her way to her seat, brushing against me slightly sending shivers down my spine. Soon Sir started droning about something or other. I quickly sneaked a glance behind at Sky she was sitting twirling her hair around a pencil as she stared intently at her sketchbook. She was so perfect. I was going to make her mine.
Soon the bell went for lunch. This was my chance to check my phone, it was my diary. It had new entries, they were all to do with Sky. Yes, I could use this to make her fall in love with me. I glanced a look at her, the classroom was almost empty now, but Hino and Mao were sitting with her. WHAT ARE THEY DOING? Sky was going to be mine. They were talking but I couldn't quite catch what they were saying. Suddenly Hino snatched her sketchbook away and her and Mao were looking at it. Oh how I wish to see what lies in her sketchbook. I suddenly noticed that Sky was starting at me, I blushed and looked away checking my phone. Sure enough there was an entry about our little exchange. I couldn't wait for our happy ending.
After school I followed Sky home. She had a nice house. I think she lived alone because there was no car or anything, that's good because then no one will try and come between me and my Sky.
