"Aaaah!" I scream as Trevor comes from behind me and tackles me as I land on his couch. I was caught completely off guard due to my interest in finding drama on my social media. As I fall he comes crashing down with me, falling on my back as he knocks the wind out of me. I inhale sharply to get the oxygen I lost back.

I flip over onto to my back, now noticing that our faces are only inches apart. I look into his deep blue eyes, the ones I always get lost in. Then down to his lips for a quick second, and dart them back up to his eyes. I lean closer towards his ear so my mouth is centimeters away from it. "You're such a dork." I whispered into his ear.

I bring my lips to his in a quick kiss, but throw him off of me and on to the floor in a playful manner. I start laughing uncontrollably as I see his on the ground looking at me in confusion. His eyes speak, telling me he wants more, but I know he won't be getting any.

"Since when did my girlfriend turn into Hercules?" He said as he clutched his wrist. This made me roar out into another wave of laughter. I don't know why, but I find the littlest things hilarious. I looked at him through my watery eyes from laughing so hard. He was starting to sit up and I followed his eyes toward the movie that we were watching.

"Cathryn, this is the best part." He says obviously excited.

Truly, I haven't paid attention to anything in this movie. I don't even know the title of this movie, and I'm not too eager to either. I can hear the movie playing in the background with loud bangs as I stare at my phone. Still laughing. Obviously a lot of action is going on, but it doesn't really interest me. I'm too busy worried about figuring out what college I'm going to go to this fall. I had been worrying non-stop about this and I needed to get away from all my worries.

I looked out his bay window he has in his basement and admire the beautiful sunset that was forming. "We should go somewhere tomorrow." I blurt out looking up from my phone at Trevor. He seems completely unfazed obviously not hearing the question. "Trevor." I say trying to get his attention.

"What?" He says as he turns in surprise and faces me.

"We should go somewhere tomorrow."

"Okay," he replies deep in thought. "Where exactly?"

"I don't know exactly." I say. It's hot here because it is summer. Should we go somewhere cold because it's warm? What am I saying? I hate the cold. I wanna go some place I've never been before. Some place I won't forget.

"What about Aokligahara?" He says with a hint of excitement in his voice.

"Where's that?" I say completely lost.

"They call it the Suicide Forest. I've always wanted to go there. It's in Japan."

"Japan?" I say completely surprised.

"Yeah. You wanna go? You don't have to. But that would just tell me you are a chicken." He says as he gives me a wink. I roll my eyes.

"I'm not scared." I say thinking about how great of an adventure that would be.

"Okay then lets do that. I'll look up plane tickets to Japan," He says as he takes his phone out of his pocket. "We'll leave tomorrow."

"Okay." I say in shock. This is what I love about Trevor.

I had been working hard serving as a waiter in a local restaurant to pay for most of my trips. I should have enough for the plane ticket. I will probably have to borrow some money from my parents for when we get there. They usually are okay with me travelling because that's just what I love to do.

"Okay, we have two tickets to Japan. The plane leaves at 12:30 p.m." He says typing into his phone.

I look at his in amazement. "Did you just book us tickets? Like a couple seconds ago?"

"Of course I did. Anything for you." He says with a sweet smile.

I get up quickly. And throw myself on him, giving him a hug. "Thank you so much, Trevor." I say as I squeeze him tightly. I feel him hug me back which fills me with warmth.

"This is going to be so much fun." He says.

We pull away from our hug and look each other in the eyes. I can see the excitement in his eyes, and I'm sure he can see it in mine as well. Out of no where, Trevor decides to tickle me. My legs and arms flail as he pins me down to the ground. I try to get air as I kept laughing.

"Trevor...stop." I try to say in between laughs. He stops and smiles at me. Tomorrow could not come any faster.

Little does Cathryn and Trevor know that this could be the last day they see their family and friends.
