Fine moment to appreciate Jaebum's thighs!
Youngjae understands.
Back to the drama now.

Back then

Jaebum was high of life. No worries on his head. Nothing seemed to stress him enough for him to give a flying "care" about anyone or anything. Life was good. Life was worth it.

The weeks passed by and summer vacation started. He kept in touch with his friends but most of all he just went around the neighbourhood to play. He was making new friends everyday though. But most of the times he wouldn't remember the names that clearly.

He met a new group of friends from the parallel class. It was the class of that Youngjae guy he talked that day at the match. Funny he didn't see him a lot after that day. He really wanted to make that game of football happen.

"Hey Jaebum. You up for a game of basket? Me and the guys will go play at the school yard at 6." Mark, the redhead guy said smiling. He was friendly enough but not annoying as a lot of his other friends.

"Sure thing. Who else's gonna come?" the boy asked and low key hoped to listen to someone's name being mentioned.
"Oh you know the guys from the class. Me, Yugyeom, Bambam and Jackson and some others."
"What about that Youngjae guy? Isn't he good with sports? And I thought he's was also your friend." Jaebum mused.

Mark's smile faded. Jaebum saw that and furrowed his brows. "What was going on?" he thought to himself.
"Yeah, he's a good friend but he's not here anymore." Mark practically whispered the last words.

"Why? What's wrong?" Jaebum felt his uneasiness grow by the second.
"Look. Let's just say he's in search of a better life. Not in this hellhole. Things were getting chaotic for him in here." Mark finished and got up. "We'll see each other in the afternoon. See you."

He left Jaebum more confused than ever. The sinister feel of the sudden change got him worked up.
"What in the god's name was happening?" he though to himself.

Going out after a few hours for the match he met Jinyoung, his childhood friend and invited him to at least hang around with him in the hopes of not being alone but also to find out something more.

After all Jinyoung was in the parallel class with all the other group. What he found out though didn't really help making him feel any better.

Youngjae moved to Hong-Kong with his only remaining family, his mother.
