Chapter one- you can do what?

It was as about 11:30 pm and Riley and Maya were chilling in Riley's room talking about a concert they to go to. Completely unaware they didnt close Rileys window, Maya and Riley both went to sleep.

"Good night curly fry" Maya said as she laid down and tucked herself under the cover.

"Good night Maya". Riley replied as she turned off the lights and went to sleep.

It was around 2:00 am when a guy with scars all on one side of his face jumped threw Riley's window. He shook Riley and Maya and says,

"Hey you two nincompoops!"

A startled Riley wakes up, as for Maya.......she stayed asleep. Riley was so in shock she couldn't get words to leave her mouth. Finally, when she remembered how to talk, she spoke up.

"WHO THE!?!? HOW'D YOU GET IN MY ROOM?, MAYA WAKE UP!" Riley exclaimed as she shook Maya.

Maya let out an annoyed moan as she flipped herself over to face the other direction, eyes still shut and halfway asleep. "What Riley, what? Can't you see I'm sleeping?"

"YOU CAN SLEEP AFTER WE FIGURE OUT WHO THIS MAN IS STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ROOM!"

"WAIT WHAT?!? RILEY WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!?!?" Maya said as she shot up.

Riley rolled her eyes and threw her hands in the air. "I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FOR THE LAST THREE MINUTES!!"

Maya then grabbed a metal bat, (That was from the days Riley decided she wanted to play baseball....oh god.) she then asked the man who he was.

He replied with a blank expression "Look, all I can tell you is this My name is Krane, I'm here to offer you a deal."

"A deal? what kind of deal?" said Riley now more interested in what he had to say than the fact he was a random man in her room.

"I can make you bionic."

"like those people who goes around saving the world?" Maya questioned.

Krane just nodded.

Maya always loved the idea of being bionic, or having some type of superpower. She didn't tell anyone but Riley this, but she loves Skylar Storm comics. Riley really didn't know why it was such a big deal, but Maya said it made her look nerdy, like Farkle.

"RILEY, WE SHOULD TAKE THIS DEAL!" Maya exclaimed as she started to shake Riley.

"I don't know Maya, I mean who takes deals from a strange man who jumps threw your bedroom window?"

"I do, Riley, I DO."

Riley let out a deep sigh, knowing she was going to regreat this. "FINE, MAYA BUT IF WE DIE, I BLAME YOU."

Completely unaware of how dangerous this guy is they take the deal, he then threw a small metal box on the floor, that popped out a mini lab. About a half hour later Krane successfully installed Bionics into Riley and Maya.

"There we go", Krane said. "So Blondie your powers are teleportation, shape shifting and Your one out of about what, 30 of the smartest bionics in the world."

"And what about me?" Asked Riley.

"Your powers are ice breath, telekinesis, and you can fly."

The two girls jumped up and down in excitement. They had superpowers. What could go wrong, right? Well, except everything.

"I'll have your first mission soon. For now, tell no one you have Bionics." Krane said as he packed up the lab and walked back to the window. "Oh, and don't try to double cross me, I planted explosives in your chips that I could detonate at any moment." He added.

Rileys eyes widened, then she started screaming. Krane heard footsteps coming out of Riley's bedroom, so not wanting to get caught, he quickly jumped out the window and left.

It was Topanga, she asked Riley what was wrong. Riley was going to tell her everything. "this man he was-"
Maya cut her off and pulled Riley to the side.

"look Riley I think we shouldn't tell your mother about this." Maya stated.

"What, Maya why, I'm sure she'll understand."

"Riley does this sound understandable to you, " Hey mom so like, about 5 minutes ago a random man offered us bionics, so we took the deal, turns out it was a trick, oh yeah did we mention HE PUT TINY EXPLOSIVES IN OUR CHIPS SO IF WE DOUBLE CROSS HIM WE DIE?!" Her whisper turned into a sort of yell, but not loud enough for topanga to hear.

"Good point Maya." Riley turned back around and told her mom she just had a nightmare.

Topanga nodded her head and kissed Riley and Mayas forheads after telling them to get some rest because they had school tomorrow.

"Maya." Riley calmly said as she put a small amount of her hair behind her ear.

"Yeah?"

"In the morning we have to go find some help, I mean TINY EXPLOSIVES remember." Rileys calmness started to fade.

"Riley, you're right, how about around 5 AM tomorrow we call those bionic people for help?"

"Maya, we have school."

"So?"

"Maya you always want to get out of school."

"I know right."
