Jasmine's POV.
"Dylan did you hear that?" I heard a weird clicking noise and didn't know what it was.
"Yeah what was that?" It was probably nothing but I'm always paranoid. Me jumping up in surprise ruined the warm perfect embrace of our hug.
"You should get to class I have a free period now. Or I think so I still haven't gotten the hang of my new time table." I don't want him to go but he had classes to get to.
"OK bye. Are you sure you'll be OK?"
"Sure I have a playlist for these type of situations you know."
"Sure whatever." He says rolling his eyes at me. "Just don't get into any trouble."
"Yes Nanny Mcphee." I said taunting him childishly. "A b-bye."
"Bye."
As he disembarked down the halls I couldn't help but think how am I going to explain this to Tyler. I mean someone's bound to notice it's just a matter of time. Tyler and Dylan are best friends I have no right to jeopardize their relationship. While I'm contemplating on the situation at hand this girl comes up to me and asks;
"Are you and Dylan like a thing?" So much for thinking of an explanation.
"What! No. Where did you hear that?"
"Amm where do you live under a rock? Someone just texted a picture to like everyone with a phone in this school, of you guys hugging and trust me it look pretty intimate."
"What!! Let me see. Who sent this to you?" I think people around hear know stuff about me that I don't even know about myself.
"It was sent by an unknown number. And what's all the fuss about Dylan's one of the hottest boys in the school, I want to know your secret considering you just got here and your already going out with him." Was this girl serious. 😒
"I'm not..... we're not......ahhh. I'm not going out with him OK we're just friend." I said trying to defend myself. I mean I think we're just friends.
"Well you better get that out there quickly because Samantha's already planning her revenge." Ohhh noo I already knew where this was going.
"Who's Samantha?"
"His girlfriend or as far as I'm hearing soon to be ex."
"GIRLFRIEND!?!!!?"...........
