Graduation

*May 1989*

"Wake up Giselle! I made you breakfast in bed baby girl, for your very special day" my mother said barging into my room a 8:00 in the morning
"Thank you mama" I said taking the tray from her
"I hired a makeup artiest for you so that you look perfect today at your graduation ceremony! They will be here at 9:15, so eat up!" My mother said with excitement. Surprisingly, I really did not get in that much trouble from when I went over to Eric's house. But I do know that my mother still does not like him.
I got up to brush my teeth after I finished my wonderful breakfast that consisted of pancakes, bacon, and eggs
I finished rinsing my mouth out when I heard my phone ring

"Hello" I said

"Hey baby. I know that today is your graduation, would you mind if I stopped by?" Eric said

"Sure, I'm just not sure what my parents will think"

"Don't worry, I'll be on my best behavior for them" he said laughing

"Alright I'll see you then babe" I said

"See you gorgeous" then he hung up

As soon as I hung up the phone  the door to my room flies open and a crew of 3 people walk in

"Hello Giselle, I am Rosie, your makeup artiest for today! My team will be doing your hair and painting your fingers and toes" a really pretty brown skinned woman said to me

"Should we get started?" Rosie said

"Of course!"

-45 minutes later-

"Alright miss Giselle! You are done." Rosie said

I looked in the mirror and was so stunned by how good my makeup and hair looked. My hair was in big beach waves and my nails and toes were painted cherry red

"Congratulations Giselle on your graduation" Rosie said as she and her styling team walked out of my room"

"Thank you so much Rosie!"

I then continued to get dressed. My dress was to my knee and floral. I had black pumps, a gold necklace with gold earrings to match to go with it.

-knock on my bedroom door-

"Here is your cap and gown Giselle" my mother said handing me my blue cap and gown in a plastic clothes storing bag

I put it on a looked in the mirror.. I felt like I was made to ware this. I had worked hard for 4 years and it was all about to pay off. And to make it better, when I walked up onto the stage, I would be able to see Eric's beautiful face looking back at me

I walked out of my room and down the stairs. I was greeted with my dad recording me and Leonardo snapping what seemed like thousands of pictures of me

"So am I famous now?!" I said smiling and laughing. Everyone let out a laugh
"Let's get going, we don't want to be late" my dad said

-pulling up to my school in the car with all my family-

I step out of the car with my parents, Leonardo, and Vera when I feel someone grab my waist from behind. I gasped. I turned around and knew exactly who is was. Eric.

"Hey baby, you look beautiful today" he said to me, I blushed

"You actually came" I said in shock

"You thought that I would forget?" He whispered in my ear that sent chills down my back

(Throat clears) "Excuse me, why the hell is HE here?" My mother said in the rudest way possible

"Hey, aren't you Eazy-E from N.W.A?" My dad said to Eric

"Yeah, I am"

At this point, my mothers face was seriously twisted up, she was pist off

"It's nice to meet you eazy e, my name is Thomas" my father said

"Eric Wright, but you can call me Eric" he said

I really could not believe my ears, my dad and Eric were actually getting along

After that both good, and bad altercation, we all headed into the auditorium

I was on my way to my seat with the rest of my class when I feel someone pull my hand and turn me around

"I really just want to say congratulations again baby"

"Thank you e" I said in a sexy seductive voice, the same way he spoke to me

I leaned in for a kiss for a quick second before I felt someone approach us

"Damn nigga, you fine as hell" I hear my damn school enemy, Tiana say to Eric.

"Get the fuck outta here bitch, you were not invited" I snapped at her. Eric looked at me shocked, but biting his lip and smirking

"Shut hoe" Tiana said to me

"You can get this anytime that you want eazy" she said to him. I grabbed her by her fake ass hair, dragged her to the ground, then started to punch her square in the face.

Eric grabbed me by my underarms away from her. Tiana just sat on the ground in shock with a busted up lip.

"Damn, I didn't know that you could fight like that!" Eric said to me

"I usually don't, but I have had enough of her shit for the past 4 years" I said loudly. After, Eric kissed me and went back to his seat as I walked to the bathroom to straighten myself up.

-on the stage about to receive my diploma-

"Giselle Mars" I hear my principal say on the microphone

I walked across the stage and hear clapping and yelling, of course, coming from my family. I flashed a smile, shook my principles hand, took my diploma, then went back to my seat.

-in the parking lot after the ceremony-

"I gotta go, but I really would love for you to go on tour with us. When you make your mind up, give me a call" he then took me into a deep kiss as the rest of my family was getting into the car

"Get in the car Giselle" my mother said annoyed

"Bye Eric" I said

"Bye Giselle" he said getting into his car

Today was great and I would really love to go tour with him, I just don't know how to ask my parents
