Sick Days

2 - Eomma Jin

I woke up the next morning to Jimin on my right and Yoongi on my left, both clutching tightly to my body. I sat up trying to not wake up the rest of the boys, and I saw that everyone was awake, except Jimin and Yoongi of course. Jin and Namjoon were cuddling and talking. Jungkook and Taehyung were taking blurry selcas, trying to muffle their laughter. And poor Hoseok was sitting all alone on the bed, with his phone in his hand. I scooted to the end up the bed and yawned, alerting everyone that I was awake. Jin immediately got up from Namjoon's hold on him, much to his dismay. He came over and felt my head and cheeks.

"Good morning, Love~, how are you feeling? Are you okay? Jimin told us that you weren't feeling good, you should've told me, I was worried sick about yo-" I cut him off by pushing my finger to his lips, shushing him.

"I'm fine now, promise. I'm just a little fatigued, that all," I said cupping his face. He leaned in and pressed a sweet, gentle kiss to my lips before smiling and walking out of our room.

"I'm going to warm up breakfast, wake up the other boys please, Jagi," Jin said, motioning to Jimin and Yoongi. I giggled before squishing Jimin's face in my hands to make him look like a fish. He furrowed his eyebrows and tried to move out of my grip. Before he got too far I leaned down and kissed his eyelids. They opened slowly, fluttering at me as I smiled down at him.

"Good morning, Sunshine," I imitated him from yesterday. He smiled his beautiful smile before sitting up.

"Good morning." I then did the same thing to Yoongi as I did to Jimin as he went and hugged lonely Hoseok. However it didn't work as planned. Yoongi only pulled a pillow over his head and went back to snoring lightly. I rolled my eyes and started to push him gently this time, only to be attacked by his arm swinging at me.

"Min Yoongi!" I scolded, which was probably not a good idea with my throat in it's current condition. I coughed violently and everyone looked towards me, Yoongi jerking awake. He then did the same thing Jin did when I woke up, pressing the back of his hands to my forehead and cheeks. I giggled as I pushed his hands away, "I'm okay, Jin already did the mom check."

"Good morning," he said pulling me into a hug. I leaned into his hold and closed my eyes, letting his warmth engulf me.

"Breakfast is ready!" Jin called from the kitchen, everyone drug themselves out of bed and into the dining room to see pancakes, bacon, sausage, and toast laid out on the table.

"When in the world did you have the time to make this?" Namjoon asked, surprised.

"I may or may not have woken up early this morning," Jin said while shrugging his shoulders.

"Aw babe you don't have to do that for us," Hoseok said, pressing his forehead to Jin's.

We all sat down and dug in. I just focused on eating the pancakes and have glasses of warm tea that Jin had made for me. He claimed it would help soothe the pain in my throat. I looked around the table as everyone talked and ate, and wondered how I was so lucky to be in a family so great as this one. I smiled and looked down, continuing on eating my delicious breakfast.

The boys all had to go to dance practice, but Jin insisted on staying behind to take care of me. They all decided that someone would stay home with me until I felt better. I told them that they needed to practice and that they shouldn't worry about me, however they all said that me being alone would only worry them more, so I agreed to Jin staying. The rest of the boys had just left, and Jin had tucked me into a blanket cocoon on the couch with some random movie playing.

He was currently making me tea with honey, which was supposed to help your throat when I felt my stomach churn. I got up and sprinted past the kitchen to the bathroom, Jin calling my name. I just barely made it to the toilet and I vomited. Jin came running in asking if I was okay, holding my hair and rubbing my back. "Shh, it's okay, just breathe," he cooed lovingly. After I was sure I was done, I walked over to the sink and washed my face as well as brushed my teeth again, Jin hovering over my every movement.

Jin helped me back into my blanket cocoon and gave me the tea, telling me to take little sips. "Too big of drinks will upset your stomach again," he said before tucking himself next to me. We watched the movie for a while in silence, my head resting on his legs as he combed his fingers through my hair.

"Jin?" I asked, slightly moving my head.

"Yes Y/N?" He responded, smiling at me.

"I love you."

"I love you too Jagi," he said, leaning down to kiss my head. I sighed contently and focused on the feeling of his fingers in my hair. Eventually I was lulled to sleep.

I woke to the sound of hushed speaking. I opened my eyes and looked up to see Jin still above me. He looked down at me and caressed my face, resting his thumb on my bottom lip. "Y/N! Are you okay? I can't believe you're actually stomach sick!" Taehyung and Jimin yelled towards me. I flinched at their loud voices right after waking up, and being sick. Jin scolded them and hushed them as he shooed them away.

"Sorry about that, Dear," Jin said to me.

"It's okay, can you just stay here with me for the rest of the night?" I asked tiredly.

He chuckled before taking one of my hands up to his mouth and kissed it. "You've already slept the day away sweetie, it's 10pm, let's just go to bed." I nodded, letting him pull me up from my comfortable position. He asked if I was hungry, and I wasn't. Especially not if I was just going to throw it up again. He settled me down in one of the open beds and tucked me in tightly before kissing my forehead again.

"Goodnight Y/N, I love you, sweet dreams~"

"Night Jin, love you too." He turned off the lights and I fell back to sleep, dreaming of the day the boys and I met.

A/N) I am Seokjin trash, he's my 2nd bias, so I kinda had a lot to write for him. I also tried to include the boys being in relationships more, hopefully I succeeded! Who will be your next caretaker? Comment who you want next xxx
