I woke up to someone wrapping their arm around me. I blinked a few times before my eyes focused, the bright sun burning through the curtains. "Did I wake you?" A voice beside me asked, I looked over to see Namjoon beside me.
"No, you didn't," I said, turning on my side to look at him. He smiled cutely and pressed a kiss to my nose, causing me to giggle.
"How are you feeling?" His warm voice filling my ears.
"I feel okay, I'm kinda hungry."
"Let's go get some crackers then sweetie," he said, sitting up. I pouted at him, sad that he left my embrace already.
"C'mon cutie, you can't eat if you don't get up," he cooed softly, pulling me up off of the bed. I sighed and complied, letting myself be pulled up by him.
We walked to the living room, his arm around my waist until he made me sit down on the couch. He then went into the kitchen to get crackers and water. I slumped back into the couch, feeling better than I have been for the past few days. My hunger was coming back, meaning that crackers wouldn't fill me up. "Namjoonie," I called out. He replied with a soft grunt, coming back from the kitchen. "I'm hungrier for something more than just crackers."
"That's good, that means your sickness is going away, but just to be safe, eat a few of these, and if you're still hungry you can have some cereal or something," he said, plopping down onto the couch next to me. I nodded, taking the water and plate enthusiastically.
As I began to eat, I noticed him staring at me. "Aren't you gonna eat something?"
"I already did, that's where I was coming back from when you woke up," he said, smiling. I nodded and turned back to the food.
"So what do you feel like doing today?" He asked, wrapping an arm around my shoulders.
I thought for a minute. "Board games?"
He nodded in agreement, "let's do that."
After I finished eating, Namjoon got up and went to the closet with all of the games in it. I began to set up our blanket and pillow fort, pulling chairs out from the dining room into the living room. While he was still looking for a game, the shrill tone of his ringtone went off, making me jump. I got up to go look to see who was calling, only to see that it was Jimin. I picked it up and answered.
"Hi Jiminnie~"
"Y/N? What're you doing answering hyung's phone? Nevermind that, is he around?" Jimin's voice sounded alarmed, causing panic to run through you.
"Yeah, is everything okay?" I asked, panic clearly showing in my voice.
"Don't worry about it baby, just go get hyung please," he said sweetly.
I walked towards the closet only to see games all over the floor, with him underneath. "Joonie, Jiminnie needs you," you said, giggling slightly at Namjoon's clumsiness. You handed him his phone as he got up off the floor, walking to the kitchen. You began to clean up the mess of game pieces and cards scattered around.
"Aish, really? The one day that I'm not there, can he do a video call or something? Reschedule maybe?" I heard Namjoon's voice bellow through the dorm. "Okay, well tell him to talk to Yoongi-hyung then, he's next in charge." After that he said goodbye and started to walk back towards me. "Sorry about that jagi, here, lemme help you."
"What was that about? Jimin sounded really panicky," I asked.
"It's nothing, don't worry about it, I was planning on playing Loteria, is that okay?" He asked, clearly trying to avoid the topic. I nodded, deciding to just let it go and ask Jimin when the boys came home later tonight. Namjoon helped me put all the other games back into the closet before going into the living and seeing my half finished fort.
"Hey, you shouldn't have been cleaning up, you should've been finishing up the fort you dork," he teased, lightly hitting my shoulder, causing me to laugh. He set the game down on the couch and continued to help me finish our "home" for the day. We both crawled in and set up the game.
--
It seemed like barely any time passed when the front door was opening and six boys were running in, loudly yelling for their other two partners.
A pair of feet bounded over to our fort, and a pair of hands opened our makeshift door. "No entry without a password," I said, grabbing the sheets from Taehyung's hands, pulling them closed again. I heard Namjoon snicker next to me.
I heard Taehyung hum before he said loudly, "Please?"
"Nope, try again," I said, giggling at his heavy, childlike sigh.
"How aboooouuutttt," Tae began, "pretty please?"
I laughed again, "Nope! Only one more chance!"
"How about," I heard from behind me, "tickle tickle?" Immediately I was being tickled fiercely, air rushing out of my lungs as if I was being sat on.
"N-N-Namjoon!! That's n-not fair! You're on m-my team!" I yelled out between laughs. I was suddenly being tickled then by two pairs of hands. I looked up to see Taehyung's face above mine, face screwed into a devious expression.
"M-m-mercy!!" I yelled, not being able to breathe. Finally what seemed like hours of torture ended. Once I finally caught my breath, I looked up to see Namjoon and Taehyung still laughing. "I'll repay you two for this." Taehyung just thrust himself forward into my arms, wrapping me in a bear hug.
"Sure you will Jagi."
"T-Tae, can't, breathe," I choked out, trying to pry him off of me. When he let go I took in deep breaths. I've never appreciated air more than I have in these past few minutes. Taehyung crawled out of mine and Namjoon's fort, or, what was left of it after the tickle fight, with us following him.
I stood up and stretched and saw Seokjin hover right over me immediately. "Seokjinnie, I'm feeling better now, you don't have to worry. Actually, I'm hungry," I said, squishing his cheeks together. He smiled and leaned forward to kiss my nose.
"Lucky for you, we got takeout tonight, and a lot of extra for that matter." I could feel my eyes bright up as I stalked towards the kitchen, looking at the food that Jungkook and Jimin were laying out on the table.
"Take anything that you want baby," Jimin said, smiling with his cute eyesmile at me. All the other boys flocked to the kitchen as the remainder of the food was set out. After everyone had their plate, we all dug in.
--
After dinner I could feel myself becoming tired again. I yawned deeply as my eyes started to droop down. "Let's get you to bed Y/N, you've had a busy day today after just sleeping all week," Namjoon said, pulling me up with him. I just nodded weakly and let myself get dragged out of the chair and into our bedroom, with choruses of "goodnights" behind us.
Namjoon tucked me into one of the beds, lying down beside me and cuddling up to my side. "I love you Y/N, sleep well sweetie," he said, kissing my forehead softly.
"Goodnight Namjoonie, love you too," I mumbled before feeling myself drift off into a restful sleep.
