I heard the phone rang beside my laptop which is connected to my secretary's office. I clicked the answer button.

"Sir, there's a lady named Stella Monte who wants to see you. She's very persistent on saying that you know her and she's your friend. What should I do?"

"Let her in." I sighed before questioning myself. What is she doing here? After 3 years? She had the confidence to show her face to me?

After 10 minutes. I heard my secretary's voice.

"You may come in young lady. Excuse me Sir" then she closed the door.

"Oh god! I missed you Jude!" she rushed towards me then hugged me. I didn't hug her backed. Anger is running through my system but I remain calm.

"What are you doing her?" I asked with a high voice.

Nagulat siya sa biglaang pagtaas ng boses ko kaya kumalas siya agad at lumayo ng konti sa akin.

"Sorry." She said.

"Sorry? Wala ng magagawa ang sorry mo Stella because the moment you left me without saying anything, we're over." I said furiously.

"Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Si Lolo kasi, sapilitan niya akong sinama sa U.S." Her voice is shaking. Oh god! She's crying and my anger suddenly subsided.
