Chapter 4- Flashbacks

~FLASHBACK~

It's been two months when we broke up, actually two months and 1 week to be exact. I let him explain what he did. But I don't think it is the right time I should forgive him so instead I broke up with him. A week after I broke up with him he is still following me. I never bothered to mind him 'cause I know that it would be easier for him to forget me and go to New York, if I reject him. I am now at my training. After that week , I haven't saw him for almost two months. He is not even attending our classes. I try my best not to affected of what is happening. But I can see that I am not playing my 100%. This better than locking at home crying.

"Grace, your phone is ringing. It is okay if you go answer. Maybe it is emergency" our coach said and I just gave him a smile. I run going to the bleachers and get my phone. So I answered it, it's Daniel's mom who is calling me.

Me: Hi! Auntie. How are you?

Daniel's Mom: Actually, Grace not.

Me: What is happening? Auntie, are you sick?

Daniel's Mom: Daniel is not yet going out his room for two months. It may not be believable. But it is true. We tried to call him, knock at his door but whatever we do he is not yet coming out.

Me: I would also try calling him.

Daniel's Mom: Please go here. Please talk to him. Please.

Me: Uhm, I will be going there. Wait for me, Auntie!

I put all my things inside my bag. I run as fast as I can to coach. I asked him if I could go. And he said yes. I bumped to Alvin.

"Is there any problem?" he asked. "Please, drive me to Daniel's." I said and he nodded.

After a 15 minutes drive...

We rushed inside their house. Their I saw his mom and dad really worried. I got my phone called him for several times. But he's phone was off.

"Auntie, he turned his phone off." I said. I rushed upstairs and went to his room but the door was locked. I tried knocking but no one is answering.

"Grace, please talk to him maybe he would open up. Please talk to him. Do everything to make him be back to his life. I am going to do anything in return." He's dad said to me. The first thing that came to my mind is...

"Okay, sir. Please let him get back his life. Help him get over me. Let him forget me. Never let him stop his dream and never allow him to decline the offer in New York." I said to them, I was actually a bit teary eyed. Then, his mom went to me and held both my hand.

"I know that I said to you that you be away from my son before and after you break-up. But, now I realized that you are the ones who make him happy. He is nothing without you. Stay with him. This time I will not let you be apart. I know. Now, I know you are good for him. You are his everything." She said pleasing me.

"I am sorry. But I am doing this for him. This is all my fault. I am not the one for him. You told that you would do everything. And that's what I want you to do. And I promise I won't bother all of you again. It is for you all I want him to fullfill all his dreams. Don't let him ruin his life." I said and unhold her hand. I am sorry.
