I'm... going to be torn apart... for fun? I asked myself, not fully understanding the purpose of this... upgrade. Someone had replaced one of the signs to say 'Meet the new face of playtime! Freddy Fazbear inc's newest attraction, the tear apart and put back together animatronic!' I let out a sigh, This is what I really am now... I shook my head, not willing to let dark thoughts like that cloud my mind. Faking a smile I walked into the main party room, where Toy Chica enthusiastically ran towards me
"We are matching now!" she squeaked excitedly, gesturing to my new form.
"Yeah, this is me now!" I replied nonchalantly, my tail teaching nervously. I was a little sad, knowing that I would likely never the person with the kind eyes again, nor will he repair me if - or when the kids ripped me apart as always.
"Hey, are you alright?" she asked, her head cocked to the side, worry glittering in her eyes. The wave of sadness I felt faded as I realised that it was visible,
"Oh, I'm fine! I apPAWlogise that I worried you!" I tried to make a joke to lighten the suddenly heavy mood, gesturing comically with my paw as I did so.
"That was TEARable!" Toy Chica giggled as she removed her beak, emphasising her own awful pun. As she finished, Toy Bonnie walked over, carrying a plush feline that he was returning to one of the toy boxes, he looked at us both
"Wow, these puns are a real CATastrophy!" he giggled as he returned the plush animal to where it belongs. Toy Freddy, who had remained on the stage let out a huge sigh,
"I can BEARly stand one pun, let alone three! What did I do to deserve this PUNishment?" he paused for a moment before he burst out laughing, followed by our own laughter. The sadness and apprehension that I had been feeling evaporated the longer I was with my friends. I could vaguely hear clanking in the distance, the others, the Withered animatronics, walking around I presumed as they must be cramped in the Parts and Services room for so long. I stretched, a long, luxurious stretch that caused my endoskeleton to crack and pop as segments popped back into their original location, If only everyday was like this night! I smiled, looking at my friends as they laughed. I knew it wouldn't last, as sunlight streamed in through the windows I had a sinking feeling, knowing that soon the building will be opened and my new life would begin. Life as something to be destroyed over and over again. To be broken... To be nothing but trash.
A simultaneous clicking echoed around the room and I found my feet leading me away from the others, returning me to the Kids Cove where I was to spend the next several hours, until closing.
