Unspeakable Truth

Chapter 1 : Law of The Jungle (Jackson and Hani)

"It's already 4:00AM Jackson! Stop kicking the foot of the bed. And for crying out loud turn the lights off. I cant sleep"

"Yes hyung. I'm just too excited for this weeks schedule. i always loved Law of the Jungle i cant believe im going to be on it"

"Tell me honestly, are you excited because of the show or because you're doing it with Hani?"

"Yo, Mark! what do you mean I'm going to do it with Hani?" Jackson pulled marks blanket that was hanging from the side of his bed. and pouted "Youngji will hate me forever if a love line happens hyung, but i need more air time, what do i do?"

"What you need to do is turn off the lights and sleep, your flight is 5 hours from now."

Jackson stood up, almost dragging his body and turned off the lights but he still cant sleep. It felt like he was staring at the ceiling for a good 3 hours. Just when he is about to close his eyes his alarm rang. "damn its 8 already"

Jackson got ready.He packed his favorite snapback which was a gift from youngji on his birthday.

"This should remind me to behave".

"Jackson! we need to go" His manager holding the elevator open waiting for Jackson "Yes Hyung" he shouted while closing the door.

The moment they arrived at the airport the staff is already waiting for them and so as all the other casts. "Jackson move faster, we are late. Since i can't come with you you have to be mindful of your actions and act your age." While he's getting last minute reminders from his manager a female wearing a green shirt approached them.

"Hi, jackson I'm liza im going to be on your team. we have one cameraman with us."

"I will only have one cameraman following me and noona?" while pointing at Liza

"Yes, and all you can bring is a liter of water few biscuits and the backpack with first aid provided by the show. Else you have to find on your own"

He smiled in response to Liza's statement. But all he can think of is 'wow this show is no joke'

Upon boarding the plane, the production staff made jackson sit next to Hani. They greeted each other but since they just met it was still a bit awkward. Hani seem tired too so after a few small talks and some checking of phones on the sides, they both fell asleep.

They landed around 10:00PM in Nicaragua. They were shuttled to a hotel which is a 3 hour drive from where they will be filming. The morning after they had breakfast while the staff is briefing them on what to do and things to avoid. all jackson learned from the 2 hour seminar is "DO survive" and "Don't fall off a cliff, get bitten by a snake..wel.. basically.. don't die".

It was a bit cold and windy. Hani is sitting in front of him on this jeep like vehicle they are in. The road is quite bumpy but Hani kept her positive aura despite the humid weather.

When they reached their destination, the camp leader delegated tasks for them to prepare for their first night. Jackson and Hani were advised to fetch water at a nearby river which is about an hour 30 walk from their campsite. Being the youngest they had no choice. They got close in no time for some odd reason jackson felt like he knows her for years. They talked about the dumbest thing but everything sure was funny. For him, it felt like he was talking to youngi the entire time. Their personality is too alike that it only took him about 10 mins to go from awkwardly walking looking at nothing but the trees to playfully grabbing her hand and giving her playful jabs.

After an hour of walking, they finally reached the river. Hani suggested to play a little, jackson being jackson agreed with no second thought. They crossed the river leaving the staff on the other side when it started raining to rain. They seek shelter on a nearby cave, "Let's just stay here and wait it out, Hani it will be dangerous for us to cross now the current is too strong." Jackson suggested they spend the night there since it's safer.

They were able to head back to their campsite the next morning, but the moment they arrived they were told that they will all be separated and will be filming alone. They carried on with their individual filming for the rest of the week.

"Hani, can we forget about everything that happened, I love yongji, i hope you understand" was the last thing Jackson told her before everything went to an awkward silence the entire 17-hour flight going back to Korea.
