Harry's POV

I stood backstage, just minutes before the last concert of our tour. Nervously, I tapped my foot. I slipped my phone out of my pocket to see if she texted.

Nothing.

I closed my eyes, silently praying that she would. When my eyes were shut, I pictured her hazel eyes, blonde hair, and smile.

'She' is my best friend in the whole world, Megan.

I still can't believe I left her. I haven't seen her in so long. Almost one whole year. Almost one whole year without a beautiful, confident, funny girl in my life. Almost one whole year with my Megan.

Megan and I were as close as close can be. Practically one person.

"5! 4! 3! 2!" Someone called out. He signaled us to run on stage.

The boys and I ran out with smiles plastered on our faces. The cheers got louder and louder. I looked around the stadium. All I saw was my best friend. And 60,000 other people that looked exactly like my best friend.

Wait what?

Megan's POV

"Harry! Don't leave!" I cried. Rain was pouring, as were the tears falling from my eyes.

"Don't forget, Meggie. I'll come back!" Harry said wiping away a tear.

"Please! Har-" I started.

"Goodbye, Megan." He cut me off.

I woke up crying. Ever since Harry left, I haven't been the same. I haven't eaten, or slept, and I have this horrible recurring dream.

He left me. Harry was my best friend in the world, and he left me. I was replaced my 4 boys. My phone buzzed.

"This is driving me crazy. I miss you, Megan. Always Love, Harry xxxx" I burst into tears again.

An hour later, finally gathering the strength to text him back, I did.

Harry's POV

We finished our last concert. I checked my phone.

One new text.

"I miss you, Curls."

Four words that made my heart do summersaults with joy.

Two days later, I was back home. I missed the boys deathly, but today is about Megan.

I ran from my house to 3 houses down. I climbed a tree on the side of the house, and hopped onto a balcony. I tapped on the window.

She looked over and screamed.

Now that I think about it, standing on her balcony is kinda creepy.

I opened the door and we had a big dramatic movie moment. We ran in slow motion and hugged.

And then I kissed my best friend.

And it was the best thing ever.
