Ellie's POV
We get in the car and started driving.

"So what was all that about back there?" Zoey asked with a concerned tone.

"I am sooooo HUNGRYYYY" Summer states completely oblivious to what's going on, like always.

"Ok how about we go to the nearest diner and I will tell you everything?" I say anxious to get it all off my chest.

   So we pull in to the closest diner. I park the car and we all get out. We get seated.

  "How may I help you girls?" A middle aged woman came up to us with a happy smile.

  "I will have an Oreo shake please." Summer was the only one that wanted something.

   "Coming right up" the woman walks away.

    "Before I tell you what's up I have been dying to know about you and the boys."I state wiggling my eyebrows, making their faces go red. 

   "Ok well I think Andrew is really really cute and we flirt a lot but I don't know if he likes me back or not" Zoey frowned.
I feel bad for her because they would be so cute together.

    "That's the same with me and Tomas I think he's cute, and I really really like him but I don't know if he likes me back" Summer states and stops drinking her shake.

    "Soooo what about you and Seth?" They say in unison, which is really freaking.

   "Ok so I am going to admit that I like him and stuff, but he's such a jerk and an ass to. Before we went to the beach we kissed, but at the beach he was making out with some whore in front of me. So I asked a guy to put sunscreen on my back, and Seth got pissed... and yeah." I get it all off my chest. They were both smiling at the beginning but by the end their smiles dropped.

    BINGGGG

   The door to the diner open and I can feel my heart drop to the pit of my stomach. In walks the person I never wanted to see again.

My head drops down low trying to hide. Maybe it's not him, maybe he won't kill you. Ugh who am I kidding I am going to die.

"Umm who's going to kill you?" Summer asks sticking her head under the table to mimic my actions.

"Oh no one I was just joking." I force a laugh hoping he doesn't see me.

"Hey guys I have to go to the restroom I will be right back." I say running to the restroom. I get in there and turn on the sink and splash water on my face. I hear the door open and don't think anything of it until I here his voice making me jump.

"Hey beautiful, I have been wondering if you have missed me, so here I am. If you don't do what I tell you to you well be taught a lesson is that understood?" He smirks staring at me making me shudder.

"Hi Nick, w-what are you doing i-in Florida?" I curse myself for stuttering so much.

"What do you think I am doing here, I came to claim what is rightfully mine." I hadn't realized how close he was until he grabbed my face and forced me to kiss his dry chapped lips. I tried to get my hands free but he grabbed them and held them above my head, so I can't get free. His tongue went around my bottom lip asking for entrance, but I declined. His hands grabbed my ass hard that would probably leave a bruise, which made me gasp. He took that as a chance for him to enter my mouth.

I bit his tongue hard enough until I tasted blood he gasped and took his lips away from mine and I screamed for help. He took his and off my ass and smacked me. With his other hand still holding my wrists. He planted his lips back on mine to keep me from screaming. His loose hand made its way down my shorts and in my swimsuit he rubbed my core making me cry more than I was already. He enters a finger in me making me scream for help even though his mouth was still on mine. He moans in my mouth making me gag. We here foot steps coming down the hall towards the bathrooms.

"If you tell anyone about this I will find you and make your life a living hell. I will be back to claim what's mine you better not give it away." With that he lets go and leaves the restroom. I fell to the floor and cried to my hearts content.

I got off the floor and ran out of the bathroom to the table where Zoey and Summer were sitting eating away.

"Oh hey what took you so long?"Zoey asks without looking up from her food.

"Guys I am going to go home can you guys get a ride home from someone please?" I ask trying not to cry out. They just nod their heads and I sprint out the door. I get to my car I unlock it and get in.
Before I turn the car on I cried even more, I turn the car on and drove home. I park the car on the street. I stopped myself from crying before I got out, and I noticed that the boys were in Andrew's front yard playing football.

I get inside my house and run up to my room. I flop on my bed and cried myself to sleep.
